What if the Earth πwere twice as big?
Here are a couple of points that might happen.
1. Gravity will be really different. Meaning it will be hard to walkπand ur weight will be twice as much. And since your spinal cord will be affected by more gravity you will actually lose height.
But as much as the gravity has increased it will not be enough to actually attract the moon πIn order for that to happen the moon has to be within the Earth's πRoche limit, which is the minimum distance the moon πcan approach the Earth π with out losing control. And if the moon π goes beyond Roche's limit. The Earth πwill tear the moon πapart and giving us a rocky ring just like Saturn's
2. The Earth πwill heat up π₯See there would be more unstable elements in the crust and interior so there will be much more volcanos. π
3. Plants π±will not grow as much. See there's a limit for how tall a tree should grow. Usually it's 120 meters or so. And this is affected by gravity. Since the taller the tree π΄is the more energy is required from the root to the top. If the amount of energy the plant gets from photosynthesis βοΈis more than the energy used to transport the water, it will grow. But if not it won't.

Do Birds Pee?
Mammals remove excess nitrogen from their bodies by converting it to a dilute solution of urea, stored in the bladder. Birds convert nitrogen to uric acid instead: this is metabolically more costly but saves water and weight, as it is less toxic and doesn't need to be diluted so much. Birds therefore don't have a urethra, and don't pee - all waste leaves via the anus.

Why is the sky blue?
When sunlight passes through the atmosphere, the shorter wavelengths get scattered more, something called Rayleigh scattering. However, wavelengths that are too short (such as x-rays and most uv) get absorbed by air, so the light from the sky is most intense at about the boundary between violet and ultraviolet. Since the human eyeβs peak sensitivity is in the middle of the spectrum (yellow-green) we see the sky as blue, because thatβs about the midpoint between what we can see best and what the sky actually is.

What if we shot a gun in space?
Guns can shoot in space, and this allows for all kinds of absurd scenarios. If you're in the vacuum between galaxies, pulling the trigger will send you and your bullet careening through space literally forever. If you shoot a gun in the solar system, your bullet will get sucked toward the sun or one of the giant planets. And if you shoot a gun toward the horizon while standing on a mountain on the moon, you could theoretically shoot yourself in the back

If we coordinated the simultaneous flushing of all toilets π½ in the world π , there would likely be pipe explosionsπ₯in some places caused by a shortage of water π¦for refilling all the bowls (and thus, air entering the pipes, causing pressure changes). But for the most part, crisis would be averted by a technicality: Each toilet is located a different distance away from the main sewage line, so simultaneous flushes are actually staggered when it comes to delivering their water π¦ to the main. Rather than a peak in sewage flow, the system would receive a smooth curve of commode contributions.

What if the world π lost oxygen for 5 seconds?
1. In just 5 seconds, the Earth πwould look completely different. Without oxygen, you can say goodbyeππΎ to the Hoover Dam, the Pantheon Dome and anything else made out of concrete. These structures would instantly collapse.
Oxygen acts as a special binding agent to concrete. Without it, concrete is just dust.
2. Speaking of buildings, any untreated metal would be instantly be fused together. This is because thereβs a layer of oxidation on metals that prevents them from welding together. Without that layer, metals would instantly bind to each other.
3. If you happen to be relaxing at the beach π at the time expect a severe sunburn. The ozone layer, our protection against the sunβs UV rays, is made of oxygen. Three oxygen atoms that have bonded to create ozone. Take away the oxygen, and the Earth πwould get extremely hot π₯.There would nothing protecting us from the sunβs UV rays.
4. In addition to a sunburn, our inner ear would explode. Losing oxygen means losing 21% of our air pressure. A change in air pressure that drastic is equivalent to being at sea πlevel and dropping down 2000 meters instantly. Our ears πwouldnβt have enough time to adapt.
