Yes, it's a bit hectic and stressful trying to launch a YouTube channel in like a week. Buying all the equipment and forming a team, and inviting and scheduling guests, writing up scripts and content and all of that is overwhelming.
So I would advice you to start but also really take your time with each step. Specially if you don't know how to manage stress. But most importantly whenever you form a team pray about it. Cause picking people is beyond portfolios and payment.
Another thing is, stop pushing the date of your YouTube creation. You'll literally keep pushing it till you die. So sooner or later just create it.
Try to have some mentors who've done this before. It's a really really good thing. They'll guide and advice you, and so much more.

Here are some behind the scenes of the episode and the studio. The hosts, Biruk and Dagmawi were very engaging and fun to talk to. There's one coordinator called Kaleab behind the scenes who's like an avid coder 🌷

I don't like ThePrimeagen's YouTube channel. It is loud, chaotic, meaningless most of the time and an attention hog. Infact I like Michael more than Theo but only cause of this weird chaoticness is why I only watch Theo's channel.
But I do like him and his interview with Lex was really nice. It's not loud nor chaotic, he's not there for attention hogging or anything, it's just focused and you can listen without being bothered. If only his channel was like this.
