Also yesterday when I was telling people on reddit that loved ScholArxiv to update (because it's not on any store and f-droid is a hassle) they already configured an app called Optanium to look for my app when it's updated.
Obtainium allows you to install and update apps directly from their releases pages, and receive notifications when new releases are made available.

Infact it's like a mini app store cause you can just search for any OSS app and it will find it for you. Also it's built in flutter.🔥
