Role: Zonal Sales Manager
Location: #Lagos, #Abuja, #Uyo, #Ilorin
Contract Type-Permanent (Full Time)
Reporting Line: Head of Sales and Distribution
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement growth plans and sales strategies.
-Create and manage marketing and communications strategies.
-Receives annual sales goals from management and implements them accordingly.
-Set sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.
-Monitor sales performance, manage existing and potential customers, and review performance from time to time.
-Ensures agreed sales objectives are met.
-Establishes techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency.
-Participate in staff recruitment, training of sales representatives, and ad-hoc disciplinary processes.
Required Qualifications:
-Minimum of HND/B.Sc degree in relevant field.
-Minimum of 3 -5 years work experience in a sales role in the FMCG sector.
-Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
-Excellent reporting, active listening, budgeting, negotiation, and sales presentation skills.
SALARY:
150,000 naira gross monthly.
Terms and Conditions:
This is a full-time position (Monday to Saturday), and work days may be rotated across various locations within and outside your state of preference.
