Soft skills is generally referred to as those skills that can be classified as a personality trait or habit. These are skills that are needed for "success on the job".

Many professionals look away from this important skills and continue to focus on their hard skills and certification. Some of our colleagues can't even tell if they have or are improving on their soft skills.
