Responsibilities:
-Assess, identify and close new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
-Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
-Manage and exceed sales budget
-Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
-Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities, utilizing prospecting skills and community / business networking to quote projects, increase revenue and improve margins.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience

Worked in B2B, Industrial AC system.

Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.

Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
