#CVTips
When you ask fresh graduates to list out their skills, you would see;

- Paying attention to details
- Work under pressure
- Little or no supervision
- Self motivation
- Can multi task. etc. 😀

The truth is recruiters are tired of seeing all these in CVs because most often they are bunch of lies. If you see real work pressure, you wouldn't mind dropping the work and run🏃🏃 😂

As a recruiter and CV expert, there are skills that make sense to us. Do a research about the job position/your discipline and match it with relevant skills but they have to be skills you're knowledgeable about. Don't pad up your CV with skills you know nothing about.
There are many of them. Look for the ones that are highly sought after in your discipline/sector and add them to your CV.

For example, You can't be a Mechanical Engineer and not have Engineering Design and analyses, mechanical aptitude, CAD and numerical analysis skills.
If you are a Senior Engineer, you need technical reporting, Project Management skills.

Stop complaining about not getting feedbacks from recruiters when you're actually the problem. Every detail on your CV matters and that's why there are much emphasis on your marketing tool.
#CVTips:
When working on grammar and spelling mistakes on CV, our team always

Have it at the back of their mind that grammar and spelling mistakes are the most common mistakes jobseekers make while writing their CV.

They are easily spotted and can do alot of damage to well prepared CV.

They further give impression of how thorough one is.

So this is what we do:

1. We proofread the CV for grammatical, punctuation and spelling mistakes with the mindset of

an interviewer,
a third party and then
a job applicant in that order.

2. We give to someone in the team to proofread.

3. Give it sometime after doing 1 and 2 above, then we repeat the process again.

Hope this has helped someone?
