បណ្ឌិត្យសភាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំពិធីអបអរសាទរគម្រប់ខួប ១០ឆ្នាំ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម
ប្រាក់ សុខុន អនុប្រធានទី១ នៃព្រឹទ្ធសភា និង ឯកឧត្តម ជា វ៉ាន់ដេត រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ ព្រមទាំងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ គ្រឹះស្ថានឧត្តមសិក្សាជាដៃគូ តំណាងស្ថានទូត ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងវិស័យឯកជន ព្រមទាំងឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវ និងបុគ្គលិកសិក្សា នៃបណ្ឌិត្យសភាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា យ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករ។
កម្មវិធីនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង អបអរសាទរនូវការបង្កើតគ្រឹះស្ថានអប់រំ បណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងស្រាវជ្រាវកម្រិតខ្ពស់មួយដែលផ្ដល់ការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលប្រកបដោយ គុណភាពខ្ពស់ និងមានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងនវានុវត្តន៍លើបច្ចេកវិទ្យាថ្មីៗនៅកម្ពុជា។
