ዳኛ ከፈጣሪ በታች ውሳኔ ሰጪ አካል ነው ፣ የዳኝነት ስራውንም በተቢው ጥንቃቄ መስራት ይጠበቅበታል ፣ ከጣፍም እሱንም ሆነ ተመልካቹን ሊያሰተምር የሚችል ህጋዊ መሰረት ያለው ቅጣት ሊቀጣ ይገበዋል ።
ነገር ነገር ግን ምክኒያት እየፈለጉ በግለሰብ ጥላቻ የፍትህ መዋቅሩን ( ሌሎችንም መልካም አጋጣሚዎች ) በመጠቅም ዳኛውን እና የዳኝነት ስርዓቱን ማወክ ህዝብን ማወክ ወይም ማስቸገር ነው የሚሆነው !!!
ሰለሆነም የህዝብን ሰላማዊና የተረጋጋ እንቅስቃሴ ለመጠበቅ ካሰፈለገ ለዳኛው ሳይሆን የዳኝነት አገልግሎቱ ለሚያስፈልገው ህዝብ ሲባል የህግ ጥበቃ እንዲደረግለት ማድረግ አንዱ መፍትሔ ነው !!!

The technician asserted that he hadn't committed any crime and should instead be held liable for the value of the lost property by the Civil Law.

ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ወይም ለተወሰነ ሥራ የሚደረግ የሥራ ውል
የአሠሪና ሠራተኛ ጉዳይ አዋጅ ቁጥር 1156 መሠረት ከዚህ በታች በተዘረዘሩት ሁኔታዎች የሥራ ውል ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ወይም ለተወሰነ ሥራ ሊደረግ ይችላል፤
🔹ሠራተኛው የተቀጠረበት የተወሰነ ሥራ እስከሚያልቅበት ጊዜ ድረስ፤
🔹በፈቃድ በሕመም ወይም በሌላ ማናቸውም ምክንያት ለጊዜው ቀሪ የሆነ ሠራተኛን ለመተካት፤
🔹የሥራ ብዛት በሚያጋጥምበት ጊዜ ሥራን ለማቃለል፤
🔹በሕይወት ላይ አደጋ ወይም በንብረት ላይ ጉዳት እንዳይደርስ ለመከላከል አጣዳፊ ሥራዎችን ለመሥራት፣ 🔹በድርጅቱ ሥራ፣ ዕቃ፣ ሕንፃ ወይም ፋብሪካ ላይ የደረሰውን ጉድለትና ብልሽት ለማደስ፤
🔹አልፎ አልፎ የሚሰራ ሥራ ማለትም ሥራው የአንድ አሠሪ ቋሚ ሥራ ሆኖ እየተቋረጠ ሥራው በሚኖርበት ጊዜ ብቻ የሚሠራ ሥራ ለመሥራት፤
🔹የወቅት ሥራ ለመሥራት ማለትም የአንድ አሠሪ ቋሚ ሥራ ሆኖ በየዓመቱ ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ብቻ በተለመደው ጊዜ እየተደጋገመ የሚሰራ ሥራ ለመሥራት፤
🔹አንዳንድ ጊዜ የሚሰራ ሥራ ማለትም ለአንድ አሠሪ ቋሚ ሥራ ያልሆነ በሚያስፈልግበት ጊዜ ብቻ የሚሰራ ሥራ ለመሥራት፤
🔹ላልተወሰነ ጊዜ የሥራ ውል በተደረገበት የሥራ መደብ ላይ ሠራተኛ በድንገት ለዘለቄታው በመለየቱ ለጊዜው ሥራ ለማሰራት፤
🔹በድርጅት መዋቅር ጥናት እና በጥናቱ አፈጻጸም መካከል ባለው ጊዜ የሚፈጠርን ክፍት የሥራ መደብ ለማሟላት ለጊዜው የሚፈጸም ቅጥር፡፡
🔹ለተወሰነ ጊዜ የሚደረግ የሥራ ውል ከ 45 የሥራ ቀናት ላልበለጠ ጊዜና ለአንድ ጊዜ ብቻ መሆን አለበት፡፡
