POSITION PURPOSE
Under the direction of Legal Director, plan and coordinates legal activities of the Enterprise; represent the enterprise in all labour, contractual and other legal matters before courts of law, tax offices, arbitral and administrative tribunals; drafts, reviews, interprets all contracts, provides legal advice and counseling to work units.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
Plan and coordinates legal activities of the Enterprise.
Represent the Enterprise before any courts of law, quasi-judiciary bodies and administrative tribunals.
Provides legal advice and counselling to all organizational components of the Enterprise.
Advice personnel policy and procedures of the Enterprise are in conformity with the labour law, collective agreement and other pertinent laws of the country.
Drafts and interprets all contracts, agreements and legal documents as to their legal sufficiency and protection of the interests of the Enterprise and as per the contract management policy.
Collect and present an up-to-date file of legal notices, proclamations, legal codes and other legal documents.
Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on the technicalities of complex legal issues.
Conducts legal research and makes necessary preparation regarding collective agreements.
Knowledge of Collective Labour Agreement and Proclamation, Internal Regulations and Safety policies of the Company
Perform any other tasks given by the direct manager.
Required Academic Qualification & Experience:
LLB Degree in Law.
Minimum 8 years

MS Office confident user, specially MS Excell,
