XZY Plc has the right to sue.
B/c of......
- Since they were two Plc's (XYZ &ABC) Plc's that signed contract from the beginning.
- the managers also signed the contract on behalf of the Plc' s and not for their own interests.
- The manager of the XYZ Plc testified that at the time of the
Lawsuit the libres of the excavator belonged to XYZ Plc in the contract.
#therefore it is XYZ Plc that can sue for the reason i mentioned above and b/c the matter is directly related to the XYZ Plc & affects its interests.‼️‼️
