1. የመጨረሻ ውሳኔ ከታህሳስ 10/2012 ዓ.ም እስከ ጥር 20/2012 ዓ.ም የተሰጠባቸው መዝገቦች ከሐምሌ 13 እስከ ሐምሌ 17/2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
2. የመጨረሻ ውሳኔ ከጥር 21 እስከ የካቲት 30/2012 ዓ.ም የተሰጠባቸው መዝገቦች ከሐምሌ 20 እስከ ሐምሌ 24/2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡

DRC promotes and supports solutions to the problems faced by refugees, internally displaced people (IDPs), and migrants. The organization has offices across the region, and has been operational in Ethiopia since 2009. With funding from bilateral and multilateral donors, DRC is currently implementing a range of activities across Ethiopia and Djibouti, including WASH and shelter provision, child and youth protection, gender based violence response, awareness-raising of migration risks, protection monitoring of migration routes, and livelihoods support for returning migrants or those at-risk of migration Overall purpose of the role : (1-2 sentences) The Danish Refugee Council (DRC), in partnership with Mercy Corps, is planning to implement a 44-month action entitled Strengthened Socio-Economic Development and Better Employment Opportunities for Refugees and Host Communities in the Jigjiga Area. Contribute to enhancing customary dispute resolution techniques for and between refugee and host communities, including conflict management, mediation, negotiation and reconciliation. Ensure all components of the action adhere to protection standards and principles as well DRC guidelines and accountability standards. Management, Coordination and Representation Ensure rigorous project cycle management principles are applied and oversee the daily management of the implementation of legal components of the action. This entails ensuring detailed work, financial and procurement plans are in place and followed. Work closely with the action’s MEAL team to monitor project achievements. When activities are identified as behind schedule or are facing technical or logistical challenges, work with the project team to identify and implement corrective actions. Organize and facilitate regular reviews of achievements and spending for the action and lead all project reporting related to legal activities. Assists callers in identifying needs and then routing calls appropriately.
Provides legal counseling services in civil and criminal cases and drafts various court documents, such as petitions, court briefs, affidavits and memorandum of appeals to court.
Provides mediation services mainly on matrimonial matters, such as family disputes, in order to assist them to resolve their cases amicably and reconcile where possible.
Networking and corresponding with government, private and NGO institutions in order to effectively handle cases.

የፌዴራል ፍ/ቤቶች ዳኞች የጋራ መኖሪያ ህንጻዎች ግንባታ ስራ ተጠነቆ ተመረቁ
የፌዴራል መንግስት ዳኞች በተመቻቸ ቦታ እንዲኖሩ በማድረግ የፍትህ ዘርፉን በተለይም የዳኝነት አካሉን ለማሻሻል ያስገነባቸው የዳኞች የጋራ መኖሪያ ህንጻዎች ተገባደው አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚችሉበት ደረጃ ላይ በመድረሳቸው የምረቃ ስነ ስርዓት ቅዳሜ ሐምሌ 25 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ተካሄደ፡፡
የዳኝነት አካሉን ነጻነት ለማረጋገጥ መንግስት እየወሰዳቸው ካሉ ተጨባጭ ተግባራት መካከል የዳኞችን ማህበራዊና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ሁኔታዎችን ማሻሻል ሲሆን ለዚህም ማሳያ ተደርጎ የሚወሰደው ዳኞች በመኖሪያ ቤት ኪራይ የሚደርስባቸውን እንግልትና ተጽእኖ ለመቀነስ ደረጃውን የጠበቀ የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤት ገንብቶ ለአገልግሎት ዝግጁ ማድረጉ ነው፡፡
የከተማ ልማትና ኮንስትራክሽን ምንስትር ኢንጂነር አይሻ መሃመድ ሃገራችን የፍትህ ስርዓቱን ለማሻሻል፤ የዜጎች ሰብአዊና ዲሞክራሲያዊ መብቶች እንደረጋገጡ በምታደርገው ከፍተኛ ጥረት ውስጥ ትልቁ ኃላፊነትና ሸክም የተጣለባችሁ የፌዴራል ዳኞች ለዚህ በመብቃታችሁ እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ በማለት የዳኝነት አገልግሎት ቅልጥፍናን ለማሻሻል፤ ጥራትን ለማሳደግ እና ነጻነትን ለማስጠበቅ ብሎም ዳኞች በሙሉ አቅማቸው በዳኝነት ሰራ ላይ እንዲያውሉ በማድረግ በኩል የዛሬው ፕሮጀክት መጠናቀቅ ያለው ትርጉም እጅግ ታላቅ ነው ብለዋል፡፡
የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ዳኞ የሆኑት አቶ ብርሃኑ አመነው ዳኞችን በመወከል ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት የዳኝነት ነጻነት መነሻና መድረሻው የህብረተሰቡን የፍትህ ጥያቄ መመለስ ነው፡፡ የዳኝነት ነጻነት በተቋም እና በግለሰብ ደረጃ ሊገለጽ የሚችል ነው ካሉ በኋላ በህገመንግስት የተረጋገጠውን የዳኝነት ነጻነት ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ በመንግስት በተወሰዱ እርምጃዎቸ ውስጥ ምቹ የስራ ቦታ እና ሁኔታ መፍጠር ትኩረት የተሰጠው ጉዳይ ስለመሆኑ የሚያሳይ ነው ብለዋል፡፡
ዳኛ ብርሃኑ መንግስት በቅርብ ዓመታት የዳኞች ግለሰባዊ ነጻነትን ለማረጋገጥ ያከናወናቸውን ተግባራት አስመልክቶ ምስክርነት ሲሰጡ የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ዳኞች ከታክሲና ከከተማ አውቶቡስ ሰልፍ ተላቀው በየግላቸው መኪና የተመደበላቸው መሆኑ፤ በየደረጃው ፍርድ ቤት ያሉ ዳኞች በተቋሙ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎ እንዲጠቀሙ መደረጉ እንዲሁም በሁሉም ደረጃ ፍ/ቤቶች ላሉት ዳኞች የደሞዝና የጥቅማጥቅም ማሻሻያ መደረጉ እና ዛሬ ደግሞ የዳኞች የመኖሪያ ቤት ህንጻ ግንባታ ተጠናቆ በመረከባችን የዳኞች ዘርፈብዙ ችግሮች ደረጃ በደረጃ እየተፈቱ መሆናቸውን የሚያሳዩ ናቸው ብለዋል፡፡
የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍድ ቤት ፕሬዝደንት ክብርት ወ/ሮ መዓዛ አሸናፊ በስነስዓቱ ላይ ባደረጉት ንግግር ለህንጻዎቹ ግንባታ መጠናቀቅ የበኩላቸውን ሚና ለተጫወቱና ሃላፊነታቸውን በብቃት ለተወጡ አካላት ምስጋናቸውን ገልጸው መንግስት የዳኝነት ዘርፉን ለመደገፍ እየወሰደ ያለው እርምጃ ትልቅ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል፡፡ ዳኞች ቤታቸው መኖሪያ ብቻ ሳይሆን ከስራ መብዛት የተነሳ መዝገብ የሚመረምሩበት እና ውሳኔ የሚሰጡበት ቢሮም ነው፡፡ እንዲህ ደረጃቸውን የጠበቁ መኖሪያ ቤቶች የዳኞችን የስራ አቅም የሚያጎለብቱና የተጣለባቸውን ኃላፊነት ለመወጣት ብርታት የሚሰጧቸው ናቸው ብለዋል፡፡
አያይዘውም የጋራ መኖሪያ ህንጻዎቹ የተለያየ ቤተሰብ ሳይሆን የዳኝነት አካሉ አንድ ትልቅ ቤተሰብ የሚኖርበት በመሆናቸው የጋራ መኖሪያ አካባቢው ደረጃውና ክብሩ ተጠብቆለት፤ ንጹህና ያማረ ሆኖ የዳኝነት ከብር መገለጫ እዲሆን የማስተዳደሩን ስራ የፌዴራል ዳኞች አስተዳደር ጉባዔ ኃላፊነቱን ወስዶ የሚሰራ መሆኑን አረጋግጠዋል፡፡
በከተማ ልማትና ኮንስትራክሽን ሚኒስቴር የፌዴራል መንግስት ህንጻዎች ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ጽ/ቤት ኃላፊና የፕሮጀክቱ ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ አቶ ተክለጻዲቅ ተ/አረጋይ በምረቃ ስነ-ስርዓቱ እንደገለጹት የዳኞች የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤቶች ግንባታ ከ9 መቶ ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ በጀት ተይዞለት የተጀመረ ቢሆንም ከታሰበለት በታች ከ750 ሚሊዮን ብር ባልበለጠ በጀት ተጠናቋል፡፡
ለዳኞች መኖሪያነት የተገነቡት ህንጻዎች ሁለት መንትያ ሕንጻዎች ሲሆኑ እያንዳንዳቸው ባለ G+18 ፎቅ ናቸው፡፡ ህንጻዎቹ 140 ባለ ሶስት መኝታ እና 138 ባለ ሁለት መኝታ ቤቶች በድምሩ 278 ቤቶች አሉት፡፡ በምረቃ ወቅት 80 ቤቶች ማለትም 40 ባለ ሶስት አና 40 ባለ ሁለት መኝታ ቤቶች ሙሉ በሙሉ ተጠናቀው ለባለ ዕድለኞች ዝግጁ ሆነዋል፡፡ እንደ ፕሮጅክቱ ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ ሪፖርት ቀሪዎቹ 198 ቤቶች የቀራቸው የማጠናቀቂያ እቃዎች ተገጥመውላቸው እስከ ነሓሴ 30/ 2012 ዓ.ም ለሚፈለገው ዓላማ ይውላሉ፡፡
በምረቃ ስነ ስርዓቱ ላይ የ80 ቤቶች ቁልፍ ርክክብ የተካሄደ ሲሆን የናሙና ቤቶች ጉብኝት ተደርጓል፡፡ የህንጻ ተቋራጭ ድርጅቱ መሃንዲስ የሆነት ኢንጂነር ቴዎድሮሰ ስለ ግንባታው ሂደትና ይዘት ዝርዝር ማብራሪያ ሰጥተዋል፡፡ በመጨረሻም በምረቃ ስነስርዓቱ ላይ የተገኙት የፌራደራል ፍርድ ቤቶች አመራሮችና ዳኞች፤ የሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ ከፍተኛ አመራሮች እና የህንጻ ግንባታ ተቋራጭ ድርጅት ባለሙያዎች የአረንጓዴ አሻራቸውን ለማስቀመጥ በቅጥር ጊቢው ዙሪያ ለአካባቢው ተስማሚ የሆኑ የዛፍ ችግኞችን ተክለዋል፡፡
መገናኛ አካባቢ እየተገነባ ያለው የዳኞች የጋራ መኖሪያ ቦታ 7 ሺህ 316 ካሬ ሜትር የሚሸፍን ሲሆን የጋራ መኖሪያ ህንጻዎቹ የመኪና ማቆሚያ፣ የገበያ ማዕከል፣ ስፖርት መስሪያ ማዕከል፣ የህጻናት መጫወቻ ክፍል፣ ቤተ-መጽሃፍት እና ሌሎችን ያሟላ እንደሚሆን የህንጻው ንድፍ ያሳያል፡፡
የፌ/ጠ/ፍ/ቤት ኮሚዩኒኬሽን ጉዳዮች ዳይሬክቶሬት
የፌዴራል መንግስት ዳኞች በተመቻቸ ቦታ እንዲኖሩ በማድረግ የፍትህ ዘርፉን በተለይም የዳኝነት አካሉን ለማሻሻል ያስገነባቸው የዳኞች የጋራ መኖሪያ ህንጻዎች ተገባደው አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚችሉበት ደረጃ ላይ በመድረሳቸው የምረቃ ስነ ስርዓት ቅዳሜ ሐምሌ 25 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ተካሄደ፡፡
የዳኝነት አካሉን ነጻነት ለማረጋገጥ መንግስት እየወሰዳቸው ካሉ ተጨባጭ ተግባራት መካከል የዳኞችን ማህበራዊና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ሁኔታዎችን ማሻሻል ሲሆን ለዚህም ማሳያ ተደርጎ የሚወሰደው ዳኞች በመኖሪያ ቤት ኪራይ የሚደርስባቸውን እንግልትና ተጽእኖ ለመቀነስ ደረጃውን የጠበቀ የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤት ገንብቶ ለአገልግሎት ዝግጁ ማድረጉ ነው፡፡
የከተማ ልማትና ኮንስትራክሽን ምንስትር ኢንጂነር አይሻ መሃመድ ሃገራችን የፍትህ ስርዓቱን ለማሻሻል፤ የዜጎች ሰብአዊና ዲሞክራሲያዊ መብቶች እንደረጋገጡ በምታደርገው ከፍተኛ ጥረት ውስጥ ትልቁ ኃላፊነትና ሸክም የተጣለባችሁ የፌዴራል ዳኞች ለዚህ በመብቃታችሁ እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ በማለት የዳኝነት አገልግሎት ቅልጥፍናን ለማሻሻል፤ ጥራትን ለማሳደግ እና ነጻነትን ለማስጠበቅ ብሎም ዳኞች በሙሉ አቅማቸው በዳኝነት ሰራ ላይ እንዲያውሉ በማድረግ በኩል የዛሬው ፕሮጀክት መጠናቀቅ ያለው ትርጉም እጅግ ታላቅ ነው ብለዋል፡፡
የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ዳኞ የሆኑት አቶ ብርሃኑ አመነው ዳኞችን በመወከል ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት የዳኝነት ነጻነት መነሻና መድረሻው የህብረተሰቡን የፍትህ ጥያቄ መመለስ ነው፡፡ የዳኝነት ነጻነት በተቋም እና በግለሰብ ደረጃ ሊገለጽ የሚችል ነው ካሉ በኋላ በህገመንግስት የተረጋገጠውን የዳኝነት ነጻነት ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ በመንግስት በተወሰዱ እርምጃዎቸ ውስጥ ምቹ የስራ ቦታ እና ሁኔታ መፍጠር ትኩረት የተሰጠው ጉዳይ ስለመሆኑ የሚያሳይ ነው ብለዋል፡፡
ዳኛ ብርሃኑ መንግስት በቅርብ ዓመታት የዳኞች ግለሰባዊ ነጻነትን ለማረጋገጥ ያከናወናቸውን ተግባራት አስመልክቶ ምስክርነት ሲሰጡ የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ዳኞች ከታክሲና ከከተማ አውቶቡስ ሰልፍ ተላቀው በየግላቸው መኪና የተመደበላቸው መሆኑ፤ በየደረጃው ፍርድ ቤት ያሉ ዳኞች በተቋሙ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎ እንዲጠቀሙ መደረጉ እንዲሁም በሁሉም ደረጃ ፍ/ቤቶች ላሉት ዳኞች የደሞዝና የጥቅማጥቅም ማሻሻያ መደረጉ እና ዛሬ ደግሞ የዳኞች የመኖሪያ ቤት ህንጻ ግንባታ ተጠናቆ በመረከባችን የዳኞች ዘርፈብዙ ችግሮች ደረጃ በደረጃ እየተፈቱ መሆናቸውን የሚያሳዩ ናቸው ብለዋል፡፡
የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍድ ቤት ፕሬዝደንት ክብርት ወ/ሮ መዓዛ አሸናፊ በስነስዓቱ ላይ ባደረጉት ንግግር ለህንጻዎቹ ግንባታ መጠናቀቅ የበኩላቸውን ሚና ለተጫወቱና ሃላፊነታቸውን በብቃት ለተወጡ አካላት ምስጋናቸውን ገልጸው መንግስት የዳኝነት ዘርፉን ለመደገፍ እየወሰደ ያለው እርምጃ ትልቅ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል፡፡ ዳኞች ቤታቸው መኖሪያ ብቻ ሳይሆን ከስራ መብዛት የተነሳ መዝገብ የሚመረምሩበት እና ውሳኔ የሚሰጡበት ቢሮም ነው፡፡ እንዲህ ደረጃቸውን የጠበቁ መኖሪያ ቤቶች የዳኞችን የስራ አቅም የሚያጎለብቱና የተጣለባቸውን ኃላፊነት ለመወጣት ብርታት የሚሰጧቸው ናቸው ብለዋል፡፡
አያይዘውም የጋራ መኖሪያ ህንጻዎቹ የተለያየ ቤተሰብ ሳይሆን የዳኝነት አካሉ አንድ ትልቅ ቤተሰብ የሚኖርበት በመሆናቸው የጋራ መኖሪያ አካባቢው ደረጃውና ክብሩ ተጠብቆለት፤ ንጹህና ያማረ ሆኖ የዳኝነት ከብር መገለጫ እዲሆን የማስተዳደሩን ስራ የፌዴራል ዳኞች አስተዳደር ጉባዔ ኃላፊነቱን ወስዶ የሚሰራ መሆኑን አረጋግጠዋል፡፡
በከተማ ልማትና ኮንስትራክሽን ሚኒስቴር የፌዴራል መንግስት ህንጻዎች ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ጽ/ቤት ኃላፊና የፕሮጀክቱ ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ አቶ ተክለጻዲቅ ተ/አረጋይ በምረቃ ስነ-ስርዓቱ እንደገለጹት የዳኞች የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤቶች ግንባታ ከ9 መቶ ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ በጀት ተይዞለት የተጀመረ ቢሆንም ከታሰበለት በታች ከ750 ሚሊዮን ብር ባልበለጠ በጀት ተጠናቋል፡፡

በምረቃ ስነ ስርዓቱ ላይ የ80 ቤቶች ቁልፍ ርክክብ የተካሄደ ሲሆን የናሙና ቤቶች ጉብኝት ተደርጓል፡፡ የህንጻ ተቋራጭ ድርጅቱ መሃንዲስ የሆነት ኢንጂነር ቴዎድሮሰ ስለ ግንባታው ሂደትና ይዘት ዝርዝር ማብራሪያ ሰጥተዋል፡፡ በመጨረሻም በምረቃ ስነስርዓቱ ላይ የተገኙት የፌራደራል ፍርድ ቤቶች አመራሮችና ዳኞች፤ የሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ ከፍተኛ አመራሮች እና የህንጻ ግንባታ ተቋራጭ ድርጅት ባለሙያዎች የአረንጓዴ አሻራቸውን ለማስቀመጥ በቅጥር ጊቢው ዙሪያ ለአካባቢው ተስማሚ የሆኑ የዛፍ ችግኞችን ተክለዋል፡፡
መገናኛ አካባቢ እየተገነባ ያለው የዳኞች የጋራ መኖሪያ ቦታ 7 ሺህ 316 ካሬ ሜትር የሚሸፍን ሲሆን የጋራ መኖሪያ ህንጻዎቹ የመኪና ማቆሚያ፣ የገበያ ማዕከል፣ ስፖርት መስሪያ ማዕከል፣ የህጻናት መጫወቻ ክፍል፣ ቤተ-መጽሃፍት እና ሌሎችን ያሟላ እንደሚሆን የህንጻው ንድፍ ያሳያል፡፡
የፌ/ጠ/ፍ/ቤት ኮሚዩኒኬሽን ጉዳዮች ዳይሬክቶሬት
አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ ለ2013 ዓ.ም ለድህረ ምረቃ ትምህርት በቀን መርሃ ግብር ለሁለተኛ እና ለሶስተኛ ዲግሪ እንዲሁም በማታ መርሃ ግብር ለሁለተኛ ዲግሪ ለማስተማር ዝግጅቱን አጠናቋል፡፡ የትምህርት አሰጣጡ የኮቪድ-19 በሽታ ወረርሽኝ እስከሚሻሻል ድረስ በቨርቹዋል እና በኢለርኒግ የመማር ማስተማር መንገድ በተጨማሪም እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ በገጽ ለገጽ የሚካሄድ መሆኑን እያሳወቀ የሚከተሉትን በማሟላት ማመልከት እንደምትችሉ ያሳስባል፡፡
1. የማመልከቻ ፎርሙን በዩኒቨርስቲው ድረገጽ (portal.aau.edu.et) መሙላት
2. ከማመልከቻው ፎርም የሚያገኙትን የማመልከቻ ቁጥር (Application Number) በመያዝ ብር 200 /ሁለት መቶ/ ለመመዝገቢያ ብር 600 /ስድስት መቶ/ የመግቢያ ፈተና ለመውሰድ በኢትዮጲያ ንግድ ባንክ በሞባይል CBE ብር ወይም በወኪሎች ወይም በቅርንጫፍ አማካኝነት ክፍያ መፈጸም ያስፈልጋል (ክፍያ የሚፈጸምበትን የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ 2 አጭር ኮዶች ምዝገባው ከመጀመሩ በፊት በዩኒቨርሰቲው ድረ ገጽ እና በፌስቡክ እናሳውቃለን)፡፡
3. ክፍያዎትን ካጠናቀቁ በኋላ ወደ ማመልከቻ ፎርሙ በመመለስ ፒዲኤፍ (PDF) ፎርማት የተለወጠ የትምህርት ማስረጃዎትን፣ የወጪ መጋራት ሰነድዎትን$፣ እንዲሁም ለቀን መርሃ ግብር የትምህርት ወጪዎን /Sponsorship/ የሚሸፍንልዎት የመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት ከሆነ የተፈረመበትና ማህተም የተደረገበት ፎርም አስገብተው እና ሌሎች መረጃዎችን በማከል ምዝገባዎትን ማጠናቀቅ ይኖርብዎታል፡፡
4. የSponsorship ከዩኒቨርስቲው ድረ ገጽ (portal.aau.edu.et/ aau.edu.et) ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
5. ለPhD አመልካቾች የ yBA/BSc ዲግሪ/ጊዜያዊ ዲግሪ እና CGPA ያለው ትራንስክሪፕት እና የMA/MSC ዲግሪና ትራንስክሪፕት ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
6. በተጨማሪም ለPhD አመልካቾች ትምህርት ክፍሉ የሚጠይቀውን ማያያዝ ይኖርብዎታል፡፡
7.ለMA/MSC አመልካቾች የ yBA/BSc ዲግሪ/ጊዜያዊ ዲግሪ እና CGPA ያለው ትራንስክሪፕት ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ
• ምዝገባው የሚከናወነው aau.edu.et ብቻ ሲሆን ምንም አይነት ማስረጃ በአካል ይዞ በመቅረብ ማስገባት አይቻልም፡፡
• የወጪ መጋራት ያጠናቀቃችሁበትን ማስረጃ ዋናውን በተጠየቃችሁ ግዜ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
• ኦፊሻል ትራንስክሪፕት ለአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ ሬጅስትራር ቢሮ ፖስታ ሳጥን ቁጥር 1176 ያላስላከ አመልካች ቀጣይ የምዝገባ ሂደቶች እንደማይከናወኑለት እናሳስባለን፡፡
• የፈተና ግዜውን በተመለከተ ከትምህርት ክፍሉ ማስታወቂያ ሰሌዳ እንዲሁም ከዩኒቨርስቲው ድረ ገፅ (portal.aau.edu.et/aau.edu.et) መከታተል የምትችሉ ያሳውቃል፡፡
• ጤና ላይ ለሚያመለክቱት አመልካቾች ዲግሪያቸዉን ሲጨርሱ ከጤና ጥበቃ ወይም ከተማሩበት ዩኒቨርስቲ የሚሰጣቸዉን ደብዳቤ ወይም በየሴምስተሩ የሚሰጣቸዉን Grade report ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
• የተማሪዎች ቁጥር ከመቀበል አቅም በታች (ዝቅተኛ) ከሆነ የትምህርት ፕሮግራሞች የማይከፈቱ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡

1. የማመልከቻ ፎርሙን በዩኒቨርስቲው ድረገጽ (portal.aau.edu.et) መሙላት
2. ከማመልከቻው ፎርም የሚያገኙትን የማመልከቻ ቁጥር (Application Number) በመያዝ ብር 200 /ሁለት መቶ/ ለመመዝገቢያ ብር 600 /ስድስት መቶ/ የመግቢያ ፈተና ለመውሰድ በኢትዮጲያ ንግድ ባንክ በሞባይል CBE ብር ወይም በወኪሎች ወይም በቅርንጫፍ አማካኝነት ክፍያ መፈጸም ያስፈልጋል (ክፍያ የሚፈጸምበትን የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ 2 አጭር ኮዶች ምዝገባው ከመጀመሩ በፊት በዩኒቨርሰቲው ድረ ገጽ እና በፌስቡክ እናሳውቃለን)፡፡
3. ክፍያዎትን ካጠናቀቁ በኋላ ወደ ማመልከቻ ፎርሙ በመመለስ ፒዲኤፍ (PDF) ፎርማት የተለወጠ የትምህርት ማስረጃዎትን፣ የወጪ መጋራት ሰነድዎትን$፣ እንዲሁም ለቀን መርሃ ግብር የትምህርት ወጪዎን /Sponsorship/ የሚሸፍንልዎት የመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት ከሆነ የተፈረመበትና ማህተም የተደረገበት ፎርም አስገብተው እና ሌሎች መረጃዎችን በማከል ምዝገባዎትን ማጠናቀቅ ይኖርብዎታል፡፡
4. የSponsorship ከዩኒቨርስቲው ድረ ገጽ (portal.aau.edu.et/ aau.edu.et) ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
5. ለPhD አመልካቾች የ yBA/BSc ዲግሪ/ጊዜያዊ ዲግሪ እና CGPA ያለው ትራንስክሪፕት እና የMA/MSC ዲግሪና ትራንስክሪፕት ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
6. በተጨማሪም ለPhD አመልካቾች ትምህርት ክፍሉ የሚጠይቀውን ማያያዝ ይኖርብዎታል፡፡
7.ለMA/MSC አመልካቾች የ yBA/BSc ዲግሪ/ጊዜያዊ ዲግሪ እና CGPA ያለው ትራንስክሪፕት ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ
• ምዝገባው የሚከናወነው aau.edu.et ብቻ ሲሆን ምንም አይነት ማስረጃ በአካል ይዞ በመቅረብ ማስገባት አይቻልም፡፡
• የወጪ መጋራት ያጠናቀቃችሁበትን ማስረጃ ዋናውን በተጠየቃችሁ ግዜ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
• ኦፊሻል ትራንስክሪፕት ለአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ ሬጅስትራር ቢሮ ፖስታ ሳጥን ቁጥር 1176 ያላስላከ አመልካች ቀጣይ የምዝገባ ሂደቶች እንደማይከናወኑለት እናሳስባለን፡፡
• የፈተና ግዜውን በተመለከተ ከትምህርት ክፍሉ ማስታወቂያ ሰሌዳ እንዲሁም ከዩኒቨርስቲው ድረ ገፅ (portal.aau.edu.et/aau.edu.et) መከታተል የምትችሉ ያሳውቃል፡፡
• ጤና ላይ ለሚያመለክቱት አመልካቾች ዲግሪያቸዉን ሲጨርሱ ከጤና ጥበቃ ወይም ከተማሩበት ዩኒቨርስቲ የሚሰጣቸዉን ደብዳቤ ወይም በየሴምስተሩ የሚሰጣቸዉን Grade report ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
• የተማሪዎች ቁጥር ከመቀበል አቅም በታች (ዝቅተኛ) ከሆነ የትምህርት ፕሮግራሞች የማይከፈቱ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡

Hello, I have just read AAU application for postgraduate and PhD programs for next year in Ale, I want to ask what about the undergraduate who will finish next year have they taken us into consideration like they have in health school to apply and learn, or is there a possibility to apply when we finish in maximum of 2 months?
በፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት በሬጂስትራር ጽ/ቤት ከነሐሴ 1 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ አዲስ መዝገብ ለመክፈት የወጣ መርሃ-ግብር
የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍ/ቤት ሐምሌ 10 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ፍ/ቤቱ በወጣው መመሪያ መሰረት አዲስ ፋይሎች የመክፈት አገልግሎት ከነሐሴ 1 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ መስጠት የሚጀምር መሆኑ ተገልጿል፡፡ በዚህም ምክንያት ባለጉዳዮች በተመሳሳይ ቀን ወደ ፍ/ቤቱ በብዛት በመምጣት መጨናነቅ እንዳይፈጠርና ተገልጋዩ የኮቪድ 19 ወረርሽኝን ለመከላከል ሊወሰድ የሚገባውን አካላዊ ርቀት መጠበቅ እንዲችል ከአዲስ አበባም ሆነ ከክልል የሚመጡ ባለጉዳዮች የሚስተናገዱበት መርሃ ግብር አውጥቷል፡፡ የፍርድ ቤቱ ሬጂስትራር ጽ/ቤትም ተገልጋዮች ከዚህ በታች በተዘጋጀው መርሃ ግብር መሰረት በመምጣት አገልግሎቱን ማገኘት የሚችሉ መሆኑን አስታውቋል፡፡
1. የሰበር አጣሪ ባለጉዳዮች
1.1. የመጨረሻ ውሳኔ ከታህሳስ 10- ጥር 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የተሰጠባቸው መዝገቦች ከነሐሴ 1 - 8 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
1.2. የመጨረሻ ውሳኔ ከየካቲት 1- 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የተሰጠባቸው መዝገቦች ከነሐሴ 11- 15 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡

2. የወንጀል ይግባኝ ባይ ባለጉዳዮች
2.1. ከየካቲት 10 እስከ መጋቢት 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የውሳኔ ግልባጭ የደረሳቸው ባለጉዳዮች ከነሐሴ 1- 8 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
2.2. ከሚያዚያ 1 እስከ ግንቦት 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የውሳኔ ግልባጭ የደረሳቸው ባለጉዳዮች ከነሐሴ 11- 15 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
2.3. ከሰኔ 1 እስከ ሐምሌ 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የውሳኔ ግልባጭ የደረሳቸው ባለጉዳዮች ከነሐሴ 18 – 22 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
2.4. በመረጃ እጥረት ምክንያት በፕሮግራሙ መሰረት ቀርበው ያልተስተናገዱ ባለጉዳዮች ካሉ ከነሓሴ 25 - 29 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ይስተናገዳሉ፡፡
3. የፍትሐብሔር ይግባኝ ባለጉዳዮች
3.1. ከጥር 10 እስከ የካቲት 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የውሳኔ ግልባጭ የደረሳቸው ባለጉዳዮች ከነሐሴ 1- 8 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
3.2. ከመጋቢት 1 እስከ ሚያዚያ 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የውሳኔ ግልባጭ የደረሳቸው ባለጉዳዮች ከነሐሴ 11- 15 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
3.3. ከግንቦት 1 እስከ ግንቦት 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የውሳኔ ግልባጭ የደረሳቸው ባለጉዳዮች ከነሐሴ 18 – 22 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
3.4. በመረጃ እጥረት ምክንያት በፕሮግራሙ መሰረት ቀርበው ያልተስተናገዱ ባለጉዳዮች ካሉ ከነሓሴ 25 - 29 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ይስተናገዳሉ፡፡
4. በኢ- ፋይሊንግ ጉዳያቸውን ለሚያቀርቡ ባለጉዳዮች
ከላይ ለሰበር አጣሪ፣ ለወንጀል እና ለፍትሐብሔት ይግባኝ ባለጉዳዮች በወጣ ው መርሃ-ግብር መሰረት በክልሎች በሚገኙ ተወካዮቻችን በኩል የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ
• የወንጀል ይግባኝ መርሃ ግብር ታሳቢ ያደረገው ይግባኝ ባዮች የውሳኔ ግልባጭ ጠይቀው መሸኛ የተሰጠበትን ቀን ነው፡፡
• አስቸኳይነት ያላቸው ጉዳዮች ተብለው በመመሪያው የተለዩ ጉዳዮች ከሓምሌ 13 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እየተስተናገዱ ይገኛሉ፡፡
• የሰበር፤ የወንጀል እና የፍትሐብሔት ይግባን ማቅረቢያ ጊዜ ያለፈባቸው ባለጉዳዮች ያለፕሮግራም ከ ሐምሌ 11 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እየተስተናገዱ ይገኛሉ፡፡
• ፋይል ለማስከፈት የሚቀርቡ ባለጉዳዮች የአፍና የአፍንጫ መሸፈኛ ጭምብል (ማስክ) መጠቀም ግዴታ ነው፡፡ እንዲሁም ፍ/ቤቱ ባዘጋጀው በንጽህና መጠበቂያ ውሃና ሳሙና እጃቸውን መታጠብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ በመግቢያ በር አካባቢ ባሉ ባለሙያዎች ሙቀታቸውን ተለክተው ወደ ግቢው እንዲገቡ ይገደዳሉ፡፡

የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍ/ቤት ሐምሌ 10 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ፍ/ቤቱ በወጣው መመሪያ መሰረት አዲስ ፋይሎች የመክፈት አገልግሎት ከነሐሴ 1 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ መስጠት የሚጀምር መሆኑ ተገልጿል፡፡ በዚህም ምክንያት ባለጉዳዮች በተመሳሳይ ቀን ወደ ፍ/ቤቱ በብዛት በመምጣት መጨናነቅ እንዳይፈጠርና ተገልጋዩ የኮቪድ 19 ወረርሽኝን ለመከላከል ሊወሰድ የሚገባውን አካላዊ ርቀት መጠበቅ እንዲችል ከአዲስ አበባም ሆነ ከክልል የሚመጡ ባለጉዳዮች የሚስተናገዱበት መርሃ ግብር አውጥቷል፡፡ የፍርድ ቤቱ ሬጂስትራር ጽ/ቤትም ተገልጋዮች ከዚህ በታች በተዘጋጀው መርሃ ግብር መሰረት በመምጣት አገልግሎቱን ማገኘት የሚችሉ መሆኑን አስታውቋል፡፡
1. የሰበር አጣሪ ባለጉዳዮች

2.3. ከሰኔ 1 እስከ ሐምሌ 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የውሳኔ ግልባጭ የደረሳቸው ባለጉዳዮች ከነሐሴ 18 – 22 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
2.4. በመረጃ እጥረት ምክንያት በፕሮግራሙ መሰረት ቀርበው ያልተስተናገዱ ባለጉዳዮች ካሉ ከነሓሴ 25 - 29 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ይስተናገዳሉ፡፡
3. የፍትሐብሔር ይግባኝ ባለጉዳዮች
3.1. ከጥር 10 እስከ የካቲት 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የውሳኔ ግልባጭ የደረሳቸው ባለጉዳዮች ከነሐሴ 1- 8 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
3.2. ከመጋቢት 1 እስከ ሚያዚያ 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የውሳኔ ግልባጭ የደረሳቸው ባለጉዳዮች ከነሐሴ 11- 15 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
3.3. ከግንቦት 1 እስከ ግንቦት 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም የውሳኔ ግልባጭ የደረሳቸው ባለጉዳዮች ከነሐሴ 18 – 22 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ድረስ ቀርበው የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
3.4. በመረጃ እጥረት ምክንያት በፕሮግራሙ መሰረት ቀርበው ያልተስተናገዱ ባለጉዳዮች ካሉ ከነሓሴ 25 - 29 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ይስተናገዳሉ፡፡
4. በኢ- ፋይሊንግ ጉዳያቸውን ለሚያቀርቡ ባለጉዳዮች
ከላይ ለሰበር አጣሪ፣ ለወንጀል እና ለፍትሐብሔት ይግባኝ ባለጉዳዮች በወጣ ው መርሃ-ግብር መሰረት በክልሎች በሚገኙ ተወካዮቻችን በኩል የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናል፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ
• የወንጀል ይግባኝ መርሃ ግብር ታሳቢ ያደረገው ይግባኝ ባዮች የውሳኔ ግልባጭ ጠይቀው መሸኛ የተሰጠበትን ቀን ነው፡፡
• አስቸኳይነት ያላቸው ጉዳዮች ተብለው በመመሪያው የተለዩ ጉዳዮች ከሓምሌ 13 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እየተስተናገዱ ይገኛሉ፡፡
• የሰበር፤ የወንጀል እና የፍትሐብሔት ይግባን ማቅረቢያ ጊዜ ያለፈባቸው ባለጉዳዮች ያለፕሮግራም ከ ሐምሌ 11 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እየተስተናገዱ ይገኛሉ፡፡
• ፋይል ለማስከፈት የሚቀርቡ ባለጉዳዮች የአፍና የአፍንጫ መሸፈኛ ጭምብል (ማስክ) መጠቀም ግዴታ ነው፡፡ እንዲሁም ፍ/ቤቱ ባዘጋጀው በንጽህና መጠበቂያ ውሃና ሳሙና እጃቸውን መታጠብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ በመግቢያ በር አካባቢ ባሉ ባለሙያዎች ሙቀታቸውን ተለክተው ወደ ግቢው እንዲገቡ ይገደዳሉ፡፡
