Greetings from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). 
Hope you all are keeping well! 

We have received a positive response from a good number of you indicating your interest to take part in the 2019 edition of the national IHL competition-thank you! 
I am sending this message : 
     -  to make a final call for those who have interest but have-not yet gotten back to us- the deadline is today. Please write the full name of coach, her/his e-mail address, and mobile no. 
     - to inform that we will be sending the hypothetical case and related specific guidelines on the 20th of March, 2019. 
    - to request all participating to send us full names, contact nos., and e-mail addresses of participating students until noon of the 20th of March, 2019. I have attached a registration form you could use for that purpose. Don't forget that at least one of the students shall be a female!
