This year, haramaya university college of law A team of LL.B students – Abdurezak Nebi, Ayantu Adugna, and Mahder Birhanu – and coaches. Mr. Wendmeneh Beyene Lecturer of Laws, and Mr. Habtamu Siwaya, Assistant Lecturer of Laws represent Ethiopia at Philip C Jussp international moot competition, at international stage in Washington, D.C.! 🇪🇹➡️🇺🇸
Jessup is the world’s largest  and prestigious international moot court competition for law students, with participants from more than 700 law schools in over 100 different countries of the world. which are held annually in Washington, DC.

ዳኝነት እንደገና ይታይልኝ አቤቱታ ተቀባይነት ካጣ ለሰበር ሰሚ ችሎት እንጅ ይግባኝ እንደማይባልበት እንዲሁም ተቀባይነት ካገኘ ግን በኃላ በዋናው ጉዳይ አጠቃሎ ከሚቀረብ በቀረ አስቀድሞ ይግባኝ የማይባል ስለመሆኑ

"አንድ ሰው የወራሽነት የምስክር ወረቀት የያዘ ቢሆንም ንብረቱን ይዞ እስካልተጠቀመ ድረስ የውርስ ንብረቱን በያዘው ሰው ላይ የሚያቀርበው ክስ በፍ/ብ/ሕ/ቁጥር 1000/1/ መሰረት በ3 ዓመት ይርጋ ቀሪ ነው"በማለት የሰ/መ/ቁ 243973 ላይ በሁሉም ፍ/ቤት አስገዳጅ የሆነ አዲስ የህግ ትርጉም ተሰጥቷል።‌‌
