ብዙ ጊዜ መሪ የምንለው የፖለቲካና የመንግስት የስራ ኃላፊዎችን ነው፡፡ ነገር ግን በግል ኩባንያዎች፤በፋይናንስ፤በሚዲያ፤በበጎ አድራጎት፤ በሰብዓዊና በዴሞክራሲያዊ መብቶች፤ በህዝባዊ አገልግሎት ዘርፍም መሪዎች አሉ፡፡ እነዚህ ሁሉ በአንድም በሌላም መንገድ አገርን ይመራሉ፡፡

Environmentally friendly Academy
#AFLEX determined to keep environment #smart and #friendly. We have established a #treatment plant and recycled the water for our nursery garden and for the neighborhood community as a way of Corporate Social Responsibility.

This is my second time attending training here at the Academy. Based on my observations, this academy has several good things… they all indicate that it will soon be an #African Center of Excellence. I am sure it will be keep enhancing the service it offers. The facilities and instructors are globally competence. In addition, the sport facilities are refreshing the soul.

የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ አመራርና ሰራተኞች በወቅታዊ አገራዊ ጉዳይ ላይ ውይይት አደረጉ፡፡
ድሎችን የማፅናትና ፈተናዎችን የመሻገር ወቅታዊና ታሪካዊ የአመራር ተልዕኮ በሚል ርዕስ ለመንግስት ሰራተኞች የተዘጋጀውን የመወያያ ፅሑፉን ያቀረቡት የአካዳሚው የስራ አመራር ዘርፍ ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወንድዬ ለገሰ (ዶ/ር) ናቸው፡፡
ም/ል ርዕሰ አካዳሚው የውይይቱን ዓላማ ሲገልፁ የመንግስት ሰራተኞች የለውጡን ስኬት በተገቢው መንገድ በመገንዘብ ውስጣዊና ውጫዊ ተግዳሮቶችን በብቃት በመሻገር የኢትዮጵያን ሁለንተናዊ ብልፅግና ለማረጋገጥ እንዲተጉ የሚያደርግ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡
ሀገርን ከመበታተን ያዳነና በርካታ ስኬቶችን ያስመዘገበው ሀገራዊ ለውጥ የፖለቲካ ምህዳርን ያሰፋ፤ኢኮኖሚውን ከውድቀት የታደገ፤የኢትዮጵያን አንድነትና ሉዓላዊነት ያስቀጠለና ለፈተናዎች ሳይንበረከክ ችግሮችን በብልሀት ተሻግሮ ዛሬ ላይ የደረሰ መሆኑን ወንድዬ ለገሰ (ዶ/ር) ገልፀዋል፡፡
ሀገራዊ ለውጡ ያጋጠመውን ፈተናዎችና ተግዳሮቶችም በውይይቱ ላይ ተነስተዋል፡፡ ህብረ ብሔራዊ ወንድማማችነትን የሚያሳድጉ ትርክቶች ላይ በበቂ ደረጃ አለመስራት፤የዲሲፕሊን መጓደልና የተጠያቂነት፤ ማነስ፤ከመርህ ማፈንገጥ፤የፅንፈኝነትን አመለካከቶችን ማራመድ፤ የምክንያታዊነት መጓደል፤በወቅታዊ ስሜቶች መነዳት፤ብልሹ አሰራሮችን ለቅሞ አለማረም፤ተገልጋይን ማንገላታት እና እንደ ሀገር የተቀናጀና የተናበበ የኮሙዩኒኬሽን ስርዓት አለመተግበር፤ አንዱ በሌላው ላይ የሚዲያ ዘመቻ መክፈት፤የስራ አጥነትና የኑሮ ውድነት ከሀገራዊ ለውጡ ተግዳሮቶች ውስጥ የሚጠቀሱ መሆናቸውን ወንድዬ ለገሰ (ዶ/ር) ጠቅሰዋል፡፡
በቀረበው የውይይት ፅሑፍ ላይ የአካዳሚው አመራርና ሰራተኞች ሰፊ ውይይት ያደረጉ ሲሆን ላቀረቧቸው ጥያቄዎችና አስተያየቶችም ከመድረኩ መልስ ተሰጥቶባቸዋል፡፡
