አዲስ አበባ - የካቲት 13/2017 ዓ.ም (አፍሌክስ)- አፍሌክስ እና የሸገር ከተማ አስተዳደር የመግባቢያ ስምምነት ተፈራርመዋል።
ስምምነቱን የአፍሌክስ ፕሬዝዳንት አቶ ዛዲግ አብርሃ እና በኦሮሚያ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በምክትል ፕሬዝደንት ማዕረግ የሸገር ሲቲ ከንቲባ ተሾመ አዱኛ (ዶ/ር) ፈርመዋል።
ትብብሩ የሱሉልታ ዳቮስ ፕሮጀክትን እውን ለማድረግ እና የሸገር ከተማ አመራሮችን በአመራር ልማት ለማብቃት ያለመ ነው።
በፊርማ ስነ ስርዓቱ ላይ የአፍሌክስ ፕሬዝደንት አቶ ዛዲግ አብርሃ የከተማ ልማትን አስፈላጊነት አስመልክተው "መጪው ጊዜ የከተሞች ነው፣ በ2040ዎቹ ደግሞ ከአለም ህዝብ ሶስት አራተኛው የከተማ ነዋሪ ይሆናል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል" ብለዋል። አክለውም "ከተሞች የእድገትና የብልፅግና ምንጭ በመሆናቸው በከተሞች ላይ ኢንቨስት ማድረግ አለብን" ሲሉ አሳስበዋል።
አቶ ዛዲግ "ሱሉልታ በተፈጥሮ የታደለችው ነፋሻማ አየርና ለአዲስ አበባ ያላት ቅርበት ለአለም አቀፍ እና አህጉራዊ ዝግጅቶች ተስማሚ ያደርጋታል" ሲሉ ተናግረው፣ "አፍሌክስ በሸገር ሲቲ እድገት ውስጥ ትልቅ ሚና መጫወት ይፈልጋል" ሲሉ የአፍሌክስን ሃሳብ አስረድተዋል።
በኦሮሚያ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በምክትል ፕሬዝደንት ማዕረግ የሸገር ሲቲ ከንቲባ ተሾመ አዱኛ (ዶ/ር) ሸገር አለም አቀፍ ተወዳዳሪ ከተማ ለመሆን ያላትን ፍላጎት አፅንኦት ሰጥተው ለዚህ አላማ የአመራር ክህሎትን አስፈላጊነት ሲናገሩ፡ “ከተማዋን በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ተወዳዳሪ ከተማ ለማድረግ አቅደናል፤ ይህንንም ለማሳካት የአመራር ክህሎት አስፈላጊ ነው፣ ለዚህም አፍሪካዊ የአመራር ልማት ማዕከል ከሆነው ከአፍሌክስ ጋር እንሰራለን” ብለዋል።

በፊርማ ስነ ስርዓቱ ላይ የአፍሌክስ ፕሬዝደንት አቶ ዛዲግ አብርሃ የከተማ ልማትን አስፈላጊነት አስመልክተው "መጪው ጊዜ የከተሞች ነው፣ በ2040ዎቹ ደግሞ ከአለም ህዝብ ሶስት አራተኛው የከተማ ነዋሪ ይሆናል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል" ብለዋል። አክለውም "ከተሞች የእድገትና የብልፅግና ምንጭ በመሆናቸው በከተሞች ላይ ኢንቨስት ማድረግ አለብን" ሲሉ አሳስበዋል።

በኦሮሚያ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በምክትል ፕሬዝደንት ማዕረግ የሸገር ሲቲ ከንቲባ ተሾመ አዱኛ (ዶ/ር) ሸገር አለም አቀፍ ተወዳዳሪ ከተማ ለመሆን ያላትን ፍላጎት አፅንኦት ሰጥተው ለዚህ አላማ የአመራር ክህሎትን አስፈላጊነት ሲናገሩ፡ “ከተማዋን በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ተወዳዳሪ ከተማ ለማድረግ አቅደናል፤ ይህንንም ለማሳካት የአመራር ክህሎት አስፈላጊ ነው፣ ለዚህም አፍሪካዊ የአመራር ልማት ማዕከል ከሆነው ከአፍሌክስ ጋር እንሰራለን” ብለዋል።
ከንቲባው አያይዘውም ያለንን ሀብት ለህብረተሰቡ ጥቅም ከማዋል ጋር በተያያዘ ያለውን ተግዳሮቶች ጠቅሰው " የዛሬው ስምምነት ያለንን ሃብት አስተባብረን ከተማችንን እውቀት መር፣ አፍሌክስን ደግሞ የላቀ ተቋም ለማድረግ መንገድ ይከፍታል" ሲሉ ገልጸዋል።
ይህ አጋርነት በሸገር ሲቲ አስተዳደር ውስጥ የአመራር የልማት እንቅስቃሴዎችን ወደ ላቀ ደረጃ ለማድረስ እንዲሁም ሱሉልታን ወደአለም አቀፍ የሃሳብ ማመንጫ ማዕከል ለማሸጋገር ወሳኝ እርምጃ ነው።
ይህ አጋርነት በሸገር ሲቲ አስተዳደር ውስጥ የአመራር የልማት እንቅስቃሴዎችን ወደ ላቀ ደረጃ ለማድረስ እንዲሁም ሱሉልታን ወደአለም አቀፍ የሃሳብ ማመንጫ ማዕከል ለማሸጋገር ወሳኝ እርምጃ ነው።

Addis Ababa, February 20, 2025 (AFLEX) – AFLEX has officially entered into partnerships with the Pan African Youth Union (PAYU) and the Ethiopian Youth Council, signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) today at the SkyLight Hotel in Addis Ababa. These collaborations aim to enhance leadership development among African youth and address the challenges that hinder their full potential.
During the signing ceremony, AFLEX President Zadig Abreha highlighted Africa's demographic advantage, stating, "Africa is a young continent in terms of demography. Amid a global demographic crisis, Africa stands as a beacon of hope with its vibrant youth." He further emphasized the critical choices facing the continent's youth: "The youth of Africa face a choice—seize the opportunity or miss it. We are here together, to empower African youth and transform the continent into a hub of innovation."
