#AFLEX Signs Memorandum of Understanding with #Lee_Kuan_Yew_School_of_Public_Policy
The African Leadership Excellence (AFLEX) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, an autonomous postgraduate school under the National University of Singapore.

This partnership aims to enhance leadership development and capacity building across Ethiopia and Africa.
The MoU is signed by Mr. #Zadig_Abreha, President of AFLEX and Professor #Danny_Quah, Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. The collaboration marks a significant step towards fostering leadership excellence and policy research in the region.
Through the agreement, AFLEX and the Lee Kuan Yew School will collaborate to establish joint customized leadership development and capacity-building programs for executives and staff members across various sectors in Ethiopia and Africa.
Additionally, the partnership will facilitate the enrollment of African participants in Lee Kuan Yew’s postgraduate programs for executives, while promoting discussions and exchanges of expertise between the institutions on leadership development and policy research.
Professor Danny Quah expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, "This MoU represents a significant commitment to investing in Africa's leadership capacity. We are excited to work with AFLEX to develop tailored programs that address the unique challenges faced by African leaders today."
Zadig Abreha also commented on the agreement, saying, "This collaboration is a cornerstone in our mission to foster excellence in leadership across the African continent. We believe that by leveraging the expertise of NUS, we can empower a new generation of leaders capable of driving positive change in their communities."
As both institutions seek to enhance leadership capabilities, the signing of this MoU marks the beginning of a strategic partnership expected to yield significant impacts on leadership education and development in Africa.

አፍሌክስ ከኢንስፓየርድ ኢትዮጵያን ዩዝ አሶሲየሽን ጋር በመሆን "ነፀብራቅ" የተሰኘ የአመራር ኮንፈረንስ ይፋ አደረገ::

አፍሌክስ እና ኢንስፓየርድ ኢትዮጵያን ዩዝ አሶሲየሽን (IEYA) በጋራ በመሆን ያዘጋጁትን የአመራር ኮንፈረንስ ዛሬ ይፋ አድርገዋል።

በአፍሌክስ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት በተካሄደው መርሃ ግብር ላይ የሁለቱም ተቋማት አመራሮች በተገኙበት ነፀብራቅ የሚል ስያሜ ስላለው አዲሱ የአመራር ኮንፈረንስ ማብራሪያ ተሰጥቶበታል።

በማብራሪያው ላይ እንደተገለጸው የኮንፈረንሱ አላማ ለነባር እና አዲስ ወጣት አመራሮች የአመራር እውቀት እና ልምድ እንዲያዳብሩ መድረክ መፍጠር ነው።

በአፍሌክስ የአመራር ልማት ዘርፍ ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወ/ሮ መሰረት ደስታ እንደገለጹት
የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ በአዲስ መልክ ሲቋቋም ከተሰጡት አላማዎች ውስጥ አንዱ በአመራር መስኩ የትውልድ ቅብብሎሽ እንዲኖር ለማስቻል የእውቀት ልውውጥ እንዲኖር እና አዲስ ሃሳብ ማፍለቅ የሚያስችል ውይይቶች ማድረግ የሚቻልባቸው ኮንፈረንሶች፣ ፓናሎች እና መሰል መድረኮችን ማመቻቸት እንደሆነ ጠቅሰው “ነፀብራቅ የመሪነት ኮንፈረንስ” የዚሁ አላማ አካል እንደሆንና መድረኩም የካበተ ልምድ ያላቸው ከፍተኛ አመራሮች ለወጣቱ ትውልድ ልምዳቸውን እንዲያካፍሉ፣ በተለያየ መስክ ላይ ያሉ አመራሮች እርስ በርስ እንዲማማሩ እንዲሁም ከፍተኛ አመራሩ የህዝቡን እና የወጣት አመራሩን ፍላጎት ሊረዳ የሚችልበት ትልቅ ሀገራዊ ኮንፈረንስ ነው ብለዋል::

ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚዋ አያይዘውም በኮንፈረንሱ የአመራር እውቀት እና ክህሎት ይጨበጥበታል፤ አሁናዊ የአመራር ፈተናዎች እና መፍትሄዎቻቸው ላይ ውይይት ይደረጋል፤ ወጣቶች እና ሴት አመራሮች በአመራርነት ላይ መነቃቃት መፍጠር፤ ከፍተኛ አመራሮችም ያላቸውን ሀሳብ ከማጋራት ባለፈ ህዝብ እና ወጣት ምን እንደሚጠበቅ በተወካዮቹ ሀሳብ ማግኘት የሚችሉበት፣ በተጨማሪም ተፈፃሚ የሚሆኑ ፕሮጅቶችን ይፋ ማድረግ ዋና ዋና ተጠባቂ ውጤቶች መሆናቸውን ገልጸዋል፡፡

ስለ ኮንፈረንሱ ተሳታፊዎች ሲገልፁም ከመላው ሀገሪቱ የተውጣጡ ወጣት እና ሴት አመራሮች፣ መካከለኛ አመራሮች፣ ከፍተኛ አመራሮች፣ የሀገር ሽማግሌዎች እና የሲቪል ማህበረሰቦች እንደሚሳተፉ የተገለጸ ሲሆን፤ ይህን ኮንፈረንስ ቀጣይነት ባለው መልኩ ቢያንስ በአመት ሁለት ጊዜ የሚካሄድ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡

የIEYA መስራችና ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ አቶ ልዩነህ ታምራት ኮንፈረንሱን በተመለከተ ማብራሪያ ሰጥተዋል። ነፀብራቅ ስለሚለው የኮንፈረንሱ ስያሜ ሲያስረዱም “ውጤታማ አመራር ከትውልድ ወደ ትውልድ እንዲሻገር የአመራር ጥበብ ከነባሩ ወደ አዲሱ አመራር ሊንጸባረቅ ይገባል፣ የዚህ ኮንፈረንስ ዋነኛ አላማም ይኸው በመሆኑ ነፀብራቅ የሚል ስያሜ ተሰጥቶታል" ብለዋል::

በኮንፈረንሱ የሚዲያ፣ የማህበረሰብ፣ የቢዝነስ እንዲሁም ሌሎችህ የተለያዩ ዘርፍ አመራሮችህ ከተለያዩ የሃገሪቱ አከባቢዎች ተሳታፊ ይሆናሉ የተባለ ሲሆን፣ ቀጣዩ እርምጃ የኮንፈረንሱን አላማዎች በደንብ ማስተዋወቅ እንዲሁም ተሳታፊዎችን መመዝገብ እንደሆነ ተገልጿል።

አፍሌክስ እና የኢፌዴሪ መከላከያ ዋር ኮሌጅ በሰላም እና ደህንነት ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ በጋራ ለመስራት መስማማታቸውን በተመለከተ ናሁ ቲቪ - ጥቅምት 28/2017 እንዲህ ዘግቦታል፦
