Academy President Engages U.S. University Representatives in Groundbreaking Networking Discussion on Advanced #leadership_development
In a dynamic Zoom Conference held on November 12, 2024, the President of the African Leadership Excellence Academy, #Zadig_Abreha, engaged with representatives from several leading U.S. universities to explore networking opportunities in advanced leadership training.

The discussion aimed to #Foster_collaboration among impressive leaders in the field and facilitate connections with #U.S. embassy counterparts who share a keen interest in advanced leadership programs.
Mr. Zadig highlighted the Academy’s key initiatives, including the ambitious #Reform #Scaling_Up and #Transformation Plan, set to be implemented over the next three years. This strategic initiative is designed to enhance the Academy's role in shaping effective leaders capable of driving positive change in their communities and beyond.
During the discussion, the President elaborated on the Academy’s #four_flagship_leadership_development_programs: the Executive Leadership development Program, the Public Leadership development Program, the Women Leadership development Program, and the Emerging Leadership development Program.
He also detailed the Academy’s offerings of #38_specialized_leadership_development_programs, which cater to various demographics and leadership aspirations.
Emphasizing the Academy’s comprehensive and functional #leadership_developmen_ ecosystem, the President cited successful partnerships with renowned institutions, including the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and Yale University, which have contributed to enhancing the curriculum and impact of the Academy’s leadership programs.
The strategic positioning of Ethiopia and Africa in the context of global leadership development was also a focal point, with the President articulating the potential for transformative growth in these regions.
In a significant development, the President announced the upcoming launch of four new master’s programs, set to broaden the Academy’s educational offerings and further establish its role as a leading institution for leadership excellence.
Participants expressed admiration for the Academy’s vision and journey, highlighting their eagerness to collaborate on future initiatives. The meeting concluded with a commitment to explore joint projects that would advance leadership training and development on an international scale.
The Academy looks forward to forging strong partnerships with U.S. universities and embassy representatives, further solidifying its position as a hub for leadership development in Ethiopia and across Africa.

በቱሪዝም ዘርፍ የአመራር ልማት መርሃ ግብሮችን ለማስፋፋት የሚያስችል ስምምነት ተፈረመ
የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ በቱሪዝም መስክ ያለውን የአመራር ብቃት ለማሳደግ የሚያስችል ስምምነት ከቱሪዝም ሚኒስቴር ጋር ተፈራረመ።
ሁለቱ ተቋማት ዛሬ በቱሪዝም ዘርፍ የአመራር ልማት መርሃ ግብሮችን ለማስፋፋት እና የኢትዮጵያን የቱሪስት መዳረሻዎች ለማሳደግ ያለመ የመግባቢያ ስምምነት ተፈራርመዋል።
ስምምነቱን አቶ ዛዲግ አብርሃ የ አፍሌክስ ፕሬዝዳንት እና ወ/ሮ ሰላማዊት ካሳ የቱሪዝም ሚኒስትር ፈርመዋል።
ትብብሩ በቱሪዝም ዘርፍ የአመራር ልማትን ለማስፋት የሚደረጉ የትብብር መስኮችን በዝርዝር የያዘ ሲሆን፣ በስምምነቱ መሰረት ዕውቀትና ልምድ መጋራት፣ ምርምሮችን፣ የአመራር ልማት መርሃ ግብሮችን፣ የአመራር የልህቀት ሽልማቶችን እና ተዛማጅ ክንውኖችን በጋራ ማዘጋጀት ትኩረት ተሰጥቶ የሚሰራባቸው መስኮች እንደሆኑ በስምምነቱ ላይ ተገልጿል።

በፊርማ ስነ-ስርዐቱ ላይ የአፍሌክስ ፕሬዝደንት አቶ ዛዲግ አብርሃ አፍሌክስ የአገልግሎት አስጣጡን በማስፋት እያካሄደ የሚገኘውን ተቋማዊ ሪፎርም እና ትራንስፎርሜሽን አብራርተው “ቱሪዝም በሃገራችን የኢኮኖሚ ሽግግር ለማድረግ የሚያስችል አቅም ያለው ትልቅ ዘርፍ በመሆኑ፣ ከቱሪዝም ሚኒስቴር ጋር በጋራ በመስራት በዘርፉ ያለውን የአመራር አቅም ለማበልጸግ የምናደርገው ጥረት ለሃገራዊ እድገት ሚናው የጎላ ነው” ሲሉ የትብብሩን ወሳኝነት አስረድተዋል።
የቱሪዝም ሚኒስትሯ ወ/ሮ ሰላማዊት ካሳ በበኩላቸው “ቱሪዝም ከዋና ዋና የማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ የገቢ ምንጮች አንዱ ነው። በዘርፉ ከፍተኛ ለውጥ ለማምጣት አሁን ያለውን መዋቅራዊ ስብራት መጠገን አለብን። የአመራርን ብቃት ማሳደግ ለዚህ አላማ ወሳኝ በመሆኑ፣ ይህ ከ አፍሌክስ ጋር የደረስነው ስምምነት ይህንን ለማሳካት ይረዳናል” ብለዋል።
ይህ ስምምነት ተቋማቱ ያሏቸውን ግብዓቶች እና እውቀት በማጣመር የተቀናጀ የቱሪዝም አመራር ልማት ስርዐት በመዘርጋት በዘርፉ ዘላቂና አወንታዊ ለውጥ ለማምጣት ጉልህ እርምጃ እንደሆነ ታምኖበታል።

የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ በቱሪዝም መስክ ያለውን የአመራር ብቃት ለማሳደግ የሚያስችል ስምምነት ከቱሪዝም ሚኒስቴር ጋር መፈራረሙን በተመለከተ ኢቲቪ ህዳር 04/2017 ዓ.ም በምሽት አንድ ሰዓት ዜና ላይ እንዲህ ዘግቦታል፡-

ም/ርዕሰ አካዳሚዋ አያይዘውም ብልፅግና ፓርቲ የተመሰረተበትን አምስተኛ ዓመት በማስመልከት የቀረበው ሰነድ የአዲስ ፓርቲ መመስረት አስፈላጊነት፣ የመጣበት ሂደት እና አመሰራረቱን አብራረተዋል፤  ብልጽግና ፓርቲ በአዲስ መልክ ከተደራጀ በኋላ በፖለቲካ፣ በኢኮኖሚ እና ማህበራዊ ጉዳዮች፣ በሰላም እና ደህንነት ተቋማት፣ በዲፕሎማሲው እና በሌሎችም የተመዘገቡ ድሎችን፤ በአቅም ልክ ለመፈጸም እና የተሟላ ሰላም ለማምጣት የገጠሙ ተግዳሮቶችን እና የተወሰዱ መፍትሄዎችን በተመለከተ ተብራርቶ ቀርቧል፤ በተጨማሪም መንግሰት በአጭር እና በረዥም ጊዜ ሊደርስባቸው ያስቀመጣቸውን  ግቦች መሰረት በማድረግ  በፓርቲው እና በመንግስት በቀጣይ አመታት ትኩረት ተሰጥተው መሰራት ያለባቸው ስራዎች ላይ ገለጻ አድርገዋል፡፡

ወ/ሮ መሰረት የተቋም ግንባታን ስራን አጠናክሮ በማስቀጠል እና በየደረጃው ቀጣይነት ባለው መልኩ ህልም እና ትልም ያለው አገልጋይ አመራር መገንባት እና ማሰማራት፤ አዎንታዊ የጋራ ትርክትን ለማስረፅ እና በየዘርፉ ውጤታማ በመሆን ወደ አለምነው ብልጽግና ለመድረስ አስፈላጊ መሆኑን አስረድተዋል፡፡

ከውይይቱ ተሳታፊዎች ጥያቄዎች እና አስተያየቶች የተነሱ ሲሆን በቂ ማብራሪያ እና ምላሽም ተሰጥቶባቸዋል፡፡

በአፍሌክስ የአመራር ልማት ዘርፍ ም/ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወ/ሮ መሰረት ደስታ ስለ መሪነት ይኽን ይላሉ:-

መናኸሪያ ሬዲዮ ያነጋገራቸው በአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ የኮሙኒኬሽን እና አለም አቀፍ ግንኙነት ዳይሬክተር አቶ ዘዉዱ አለምነው የመግባቢያ ስምምነቱ የሃገር ሃብትን በጋራ በማስተዳደር ከብክነት ለማዳንና እንዲሁም ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ያለዉን የፖለቲካ ሁኔታ ለመፍታት ቁልፍ የሆኑ ጥናትና ምርምሮችን ለማካሄድ ያለመ ነው ብለዋል፡፡
ባሁኑ ጊዜ የተለያዩ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲ አባላት በካቢኔ ደረጃ ገብተው ለሃገር እንዲያገለግሉ በመንግስት የተቀመጠዉን አቅጣጫ ለማገዝ ስምምነቱ ይረዳል ያሉት አቶ ዘውዱ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች አመራሮችን ብቻ ሳይሆን በጋራ ምክር ቤቱ ውስጥ የሚገኙ አመራሮችን አቅም ለማጎልበት የሚረዱ ሰነዶችን በጋራ ማዘጋጀት እንዲሁም ብቁ የሆኑ የፖለቲካ አመራሮችን በመለየት እውቅና የመስጠት አላማ እንዳለዉም ገልጸዋል፡፡
ይህ የመግባቢያ ስምምነት ለፓርቲዎች ምን ጥቅም ይኖረዋል በማለት ጣቢያችን ያነጋገራቸው የእናት ፓርቲ አመራር አባል አቶ ጌትነት ወርቁ የፓርቲዎችን አቅም ማሳደግ፣ እርስ በርስ ግንኙነትን እንዲያሻሽሉ፣ የፖለቲካ ምህዳሩ ላይ ተፅዕኖ መፍጠር እንዲችሉ መርዳት የጋራ ምክር ቤቱ ሀላፊነት መሆኑን ጠቅሰው፣ ይህ ስልጠና ለፓርቲ አመራሮች መሠጠቱ መልካም ጅማሮ ነው ብለዋል፡፡
ከሁለቱ ተቋማት የተወጣቱ የቴክኒክ ኮሚቴዎች ባስቀመጡት አቅጣጫ መሰረት የመግባቢያ ስምምነቱ በአንድ ወር ውስጥ ወደ ትግበራ እንደሚገባ የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካደሚ የኮሙኒኬሽን እና አለም አቀፍ ግንኙነት ዳይሬክተር አመላክተዋል፡፡
