ሌላኛው ስራ በመንግስት የሚከናወነው የኮሪደር ልማት መሆኑን የጠቀሱት ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ፤ የኮሪደር ልማት በሁሉም አካባቢዎች ፍትሃዊና ተመሳሳይ ልማት እንዲኖር ያስችላል ብለዋል፡፡

በተለያዩ አካባቢዎች የተገነቡ ሜጋ ፕሮጀክቶችን ለማስተሳሰር ሚናው የጎላ መሆኑንም ነው ያነሱት፡፡

በግሉ ዘርፍ የሚከናወነው ስራም ከተማዋን ለመቀየር የሚያግዝ ሶስተኛው አሰራር መሆኑን ጠቅሰው፤ መንግስት ለግሉ ዘርፍ ምቹ ሁኔታ እየፈጠረ መሆኑንም አጽኖት ሰጥተው ተናግረዋል፡፡

አዲስ አበባን ለመቀየር መንግስት እየተከተለው ያለው የፖለቲካ እሳቤ ስራ ብቻ መሆኑን አንስተው፤ ከስራ ውጭ ህልማችንን የምንፈታበት ምንም ነገር የለም ብለዋል።

የከተማዋ ነዋሪዎችም በመዲናዋ እየተከናወኑ ያሉ የልማት ስራዎችን ከመጠቀም ባለፈ በባለቤትነት እንዲንከባከቡና እንዲጠብቁ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ አስገንዝበዋል፡፡

በሌላ በኩል መንግስት በቅርቡ ተግባራዊ ያደረገው የማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያ የግሉ ዘርፍ በልማት ስራዎች ላይ በስፋት እንዲሳተፍ በር የከፈተ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል፡፡

ህገ ወጥ አሰራሮችን ወደ ህጋዊ መስመር ለማስገባት ማሻሻያው ከፍተኛ ሚና እያበረከተ መሆኑንም ተናግረዋል።

“To successfully implement our strategy and maintain our momentum, we need to augment our team with individuals who possess the necessary skills and expertise,” said Mr. Zadig. “Their inclusion in our workforce is crucial to driving our initiatives forward and achieving our objectives on time.”

In a recent discussion, MS. Charu Bist, UNDP Deputy Resident Representative, expressed UNDP's unwavering support for AFLEX and its vision. “We recognize the importance of AFLEX initiatives and are dedicated to supporting you in realizing your goals,” she stated, reinforcing the commitment to advancing leadership capacity building for African and Ethiopian leaders.
Ms. Charu emphasized the necessity of partnership in this journey, declaring, “We need to see your progress, which is why we are fully supportive of your vision. UNDP is committed to collaborating with AFLEX to develop a successful Leadership Development Program and a robust fundraising strategy document.”
Recognizing the significant impact of effective leadership on African development, she praised AFLEX for its dedication to enhancing leadership capacity. “UNDP is well aware of the transformative work you are doing,” Ms. Charu remarked. “We believe that investing in leadership development is crucial for empowering future leaders and fostering sustainable growth in the region.”
