π‘Stomach gas !
It may happen that you suffer from excessive stomach gas and it'll be difficult to hold the wudu.
Preventions:
πΊAvoid food and water together.
πΊDrink the water after meals.
πΊ avoid raw fruits especially near your main meals. Like green apples, mango, pineapple, kiwi.
πΊ Add some grinded thyme leaves to your natural salt container (50% salt 50% thyme) and keep it on the food table. Consume a pinch before and a pinch after each meal.
πΈ If the stomac gas stinks that means the intestine is struggling to digest and the combination of the food you had wasn't right. So avoid eating anything and wait for some hours for the intestine to finish the digestion.
πΈThe holy Prophet Muhammad said: "Stomach is the house of diseases and avoiding to eat is the head of treatments"
βοΈFor emergency situations:
Take one punch of sea salt once in half an hour

π‘Rays and their effects:
πΊThere are numerous researches on the effects of rays on our health which has been done in the west.
Majority believe that being exposed to rays such as WIFI, 3g, 4g, 5g, Bluetooth affects our sleeping pattern, hormones, immunity system and more especially in long term.
Missing sleeping pattern and imbalanced hormones result in daily fatigue, stress and sometimes depression.
From Islam medicine perspective rays cause excess sauda and to avoid that we should try to be exposed to the rays as lest as possible, use natural perfumes, keeping flowers at home and getting Hijamah done minimum once in 3 months.
So keep your WIFI far from your bedroom, turn off your WiFi router at nights, try to use wired earphones instead of airpods and avoid keeping your phone in your front pocket and instead get a pouch for it.

To prevent and cure that:

Kashk is another recommended food. Is it actually the drained and dried form of sour milk.
Beetroot leaves also helps for this issue.

βοΈ If you are a fan of Milk tea!
Drinking black tea is common among Asian and middle eastern people.
Despite some exaggerations about its benefits, we haven't come across any Impressive benefit in this herb nor it is mentioned in any Islamic medicine.
It is a herb and can be used for treatment in a few cases.
Originally it is said that farmers used to plant tea leaves around their farms in order to keep the pests away naturally.
π« However Indians started mixing it with milk and this combination reduces some of the side effects of the tea and by adding spices they make it less harmful.
πΈTherefore milk tea is less harmful than black tea and darker the tea, more harmful for the liver.
π‘ If you're a fan of milk tea, make sure you use fresh milk instead of milk powder or condensed milk (read more about side effects of milk powder) and use saffron or cardamom and brown sugar instead of white sugar.
Stay healthy π

ππΌBody Odours
Body odours in each part and organ has different meanings and it is important to pay attention to that.
Generally any smell from the body especially bad odours indicate some sort of imbalance and issue in specific organs. Here are some examples:
Mouth (bad breath):
Bad breath is due to stomach sauda and coldness of stomach which can happen by having wrong eating habits like eating late at night or consuming excess junk foods.
Basic Treatment: avoid eating dinner late. At least 3 hours prior your bed time you better avoid eating heavy meals. To treat it consume one sweet yellow apple before bed and/or one after Fajr.
Using Miswak wood once or twice a day is also brilliant.
Sweat:
If your sweat especially under the armpit stinks you've got to reduce spicy and fried foods.
If the whole body sweat stinks, you should use Noora powder more frequently and use Loofa and natural soap when taking bath.
Feet:
If yours shoes and socks stink that's another sign of excess toxins in your body especially lower abdomen. Use noora on the sole of your feet once a week, walk on the sand once a week or go to the beach or just simply keep your feet in the sand at home. And more important, use natural wool or cotton insoles (cotton for summer and wool for winter)
Stomach gas:
If the stomach gas is stinky that indicates that the food you had doesn't suit your digestion or it's actually a wrong combination. Like the combination of meet and yogurt, fruits or fruit juices with cooked foods, etc
So 1- try to avoid eating raw and cooked together.
2-Start and end your meals with natural salt
3- avoid over eating
4- Avoid eating when stressed
5- if you're constipated, have more natural laxatives like senna makki tea once in 3 days bed breakfast.
Burps:
If you're burping a lot and it stinks that indicate your stomach is cold and your diet isn't healthy or your combination isn't suitable.
Follow the above recommendations to help your stomach coldness.
Best medicine we recommend is Hazoom available in all Islamic Medicine stores.
It's good to mention that a person with balanced temperament wouldn't have any unpleasant smell. Even the stomach gas if they have does not have any smell.
Their sweat is also not unpleasant but sometimes it can be a good smell. As you can see that in infants who are still being breastfed.
So follow the tips and eat according to your body to stay healthy.

π A reminder for those in cold countries
Korsi is a famous traditional device that people used to use in their houses during the cold season in order to keep themselves warm and cosy.
It is an ingenious invention that provides multiple health benefits.
It ensures proper blood flow during sleeping by keeping the feet warm and therefore prevents blood clots in the legs and reduces the chance of heart attacks or strokes.
Also breathing cool air in the winter benefits the heart which is available in the house using this tool.
The device is almost like a coffee table with a sealed space for a charcoal fire underneath and a large wool blanket attached in order to confine the heat.
People sit around the table and eat, talk or read books while their feet are kept warm under the blanket
Nowadays Japanese have made a similar device for themselves which they call "Kotatsu".
However, they use a heating lamp instead of charcoal.
π‘Even today using Korsi is a great way to save energy in the winter.
