Internal Iranian and Russian documents with interesting information regarding the cooperation between the two countries in the production of drones have leaked online.
The purchase of the systems was made in GOLD, for a total of 1.7 billion USD or 2 tons of gold that was transported by plane.
The purchase included:
- 6000 units of the basic Iranian version.
- Software
- Patents and manufacturing know-how
We can roughly put the unit cost at 193k USD, but these are the ones bought in the lot, the Russian made ones reduce the price by about 4 times. Currently, at least 2 factories are producing versions of the UAVs.

During exercises, the PLA Special Forces units actively use miniature mimetic UAVs of positional optical-electronic reconnaissance, imitating various types of birds.
Such a drone can basically only be identified using a radio frequency direction finder based on the radiation of the video link.

A last-minute interception of an Iranian Kamikaze drone just metres away from an Israeli Arrow-3 launcher.
It is known that the US is going to move its THAAD battery from Qatar to Israel.
