ከIMF ጋር ሪፎርም ውስጥ ከገባ በኋላ የኢትዮጲያ ኢኮኖሚ ትሪሊየን ብርን ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በበጀት መልክ ተዋውቋል!

ለማስታወስ ሰኔ 2016 ከሪፎርም በፊት (ሪፎርሙ የጀመረው ሃምሌ ነበር) የቀረበው በጀት 971 ቢሊየን ብር ነበር ከወራት በኋላ ሪፎርሙን ተከትሎ የበጀት ክለሳ በማድረግ ወደ 1.4 ትሪሊየን ብር አደገ!

መንግስት ለ2018 የሚሆን 1.93 ትሪሊን ብር በጀት አቅርቧል!

ከዚህ ውስጥ 1 ትረሊየን ብሩን ከግብር ብቻ እሰበስበዋለው እያለ ነው (ተዘጋጁ)!

የዚህ በጀት መጠን ማደግ እና ለ2 ትሪሊየን ብር መጠጋቱ እድሉ ብዙ ነው!

መንግስት ከግብር ብቻ ሊሰበስብ ያሰበው 1 ትሪሊየን ብር ደግሞ ስጋቱ ብዙ ነው!

ያሰበውን ገቢ ካልሰበሰበ ቀጣይ እርምጃው ምን ሊሆን ይችላል የሚለው አሳሳቢ ነው!

የመንግሥት ግምጃ ቤት ሰነድን በኢትዮጵያ ሙዓለ ነዋይ በኩል ሊሸጥ ነው

የመንግሥት ግምጃ ቤት ሰነድን ከሐምሌ ወር 2017 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ ማሻሻጥ እንደሚጀምር የኢትዮጵያ ሙዓለ ነዋይ ገበያ አስታውቋል

የድርጅቱ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ጥላሁን ካሳሁን (ዶ/ር) እንዳስታወቁት ዳያስፖራው የግምጃ ቤት ሰነድ በመግዛት በዚህ የኢንቨስትመንት መሰማራት አለበት ፡፡


በዚህ ኢንቨስትመንት መንግሥት በገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር አማካይነት ለአንድ ዓመት ከሚበደረው ገንዘብ በአማካይ ከ16.5 በመቶ በላይ ወለድ እንደሚያስገኝ አስታውቀዋል ፡፡

ዳያስፖራዎች ባሉበት አገር ሆነው በከፈቱት አካውንት ኢንቨስት አድርገው ያገኙትን ዋና ገንዘብና ወለድ ወደፈለጉበት የባንክአካውንት እንደሚዛወርላቸውም መናገራቸውን የገበው ሪፖርተር ነው ፡፡

Kenya’s KCB Group Limited is set to become the first foreign bank to enter Ethiopia’s financial sector following the country’s banking liberalization policy. The National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) is currently in discussions with KCB executives regarding entry requirements, and the bank is expected to begin laying the groundwork for its expansion soon.

The Banking Business Proclamation, amended in November 2024, allows foreign banks to enter Ethiopia through four methods:
1. Incorporating a subsidiary in Ethiopia.
2. Buying stakes in a domestic bank.
3. Establishing a local branch office.
4. Opening a representative or liaison office.

The law caps foreign investment in a bank at 40% ownership, while domestic banks cannot sell more than 49% of their authorized shares to foreign investors. KCB Group CEO Paul Russo has expressed optimism about Ethiopia’s large, financially underserved population, despite the ownership restrictions.

ለባንኮች ብስራት

ከህዳር 2015 ዓም አንስቶ የኢትዮጵያ ብሄራዊ ባንክ ባንኮች ከሚለቁት ብድር የ20 በመቶ እኩሌታ የግምጃ ቤት ቦንድ እንዲገዙ በአስገዳጅነት ጥሎት የነበረው አሰራር በዚህ ባለንበት የሰኔ ወር ያበቃል።

የሰሜኑ ግጭት መከሰቱን ተከትሎ መንግስት ከአጋሮቹ ያገኝ የነበረው የበጀት ድጋፍ በመቋረጡ  ማእከላዊ ባንኩ የመንግስትን ወጪ በተለያየ መሳሪያ ለመደገፍ ሲሞክር የቆየ መሆኑ ይታወቃል።

ከዚህም መካከል የቀጥታ ብድር እና የ20 በመቶ የግምጃ ቤት/treasury ቦንድ የሚጠቀሱ ናቸው።

ከጦርነቱ ማብቃት በኋላም የቦንድ ግዥው አልተቋረጠም።

ይህም በተለይ መንግስት የዋጋ ግሽበትን ለመቆጣጠር በተጨማሪ መሳሪያነት ሳይጠቀምበት እንዳልቀረ ነው በባለሞያዎች የሚጠቀሰው።

ሆኖም አስገዳጅ የቦንድ ግዥው የባንኮችን የገንዘብ ይዞታ/ liqudity እንዳሳሳባቸው በምሬት ሲገልፁ ቆይተዋል።

ሆኖም መንግስት ከአውጭ አጋሮች ጋር ባደረገው ስምምነት መሰረት የቦንድ ግዥው በዚህ ወር የሚያበቃ ነው የሚሆነው።

ባንኮች ላይ ተጥሎ የቆየው የብድር አቅርቦት ገደብም በቀጣዩ መስከረም እንደሚነሳ ከሁለት ወራት በፊት መገለፁ ይታወሳል።

የመንግሥት ግምጃ ቤት ሰነድን በኢትዮጵያ ሙዓለ ነዋይ ገበያ (ESC)በኩል ሊሸጥ ነው !
