The Freedom Fund seeks a consultant (or a consultancy team) to assist the Ethiopia hotspot staff and partners in developing and implementing a Monitoring and Learning Framework for the Freedom Fund and its 13 implementing partners under the Safer Migration and Child Domestic Worker programs.
Proposals in response to this request should be 5 – 6 pages maximum in length and include the following:-
- A narrative describing the experience and capability of the consultant to conduct the Key Tasks described in this ToR. Description of previous experience in project of a similar nature, and description of any experience with the issues of human trafficking, 5 OF 5 – THE FREEDOM FUND migration and/or child domestic workers. A profile of the consulting firm (including a sample report if possible) will be desirable
- Most recent CV
- Proposed high level work plan including the role and time commitment of consultant for each deliverable
- Confirmation of deliverables
- Proposed budget for the entire project period in USD including all taxes. Competitive budgets will be reviewed favorably

- Be a consulting organization/institution/firm with a team of expertise from social, economic and environment background
- Have team member with an appropriate post-graduate qualifications and appropriate experience in baseline survey, cooperative concept, climate change, with at least five years relevant experience
- Be a registered firm under the set of legal provisions or under any valid legal cover
- Have a commitment to meet the deadlines
- Have a basic communication skill in local language, Affan Oromo
