Consultant qualification:-
- Be a consulting organization/institution/firm with a team of expertise from social, economic and environment background
- Have team member with an appropriate post-graduate qualifications and appropriate experience in baseline survey, cooperative concept, climate change, with at least five years relevant experience
- Be a registered firm under the set of legal provisions or under any valid legal cover
- Have a commitment to meet the deadlines
- Have a basic communication skill in local language, Affan Oromo

MSc in Environmental Policy, Development Studies, Environmental Economics, and other related field with combined experiences in related areas with practical experiences of coordination in a consortium implementation
Competence:-
- Computer literacy; Ms word, Power Point, Excel, internet usage, etc
- Excellent speaking, writing and listening skills of Amharic and English languages
- Able to work under stress and delivering results timely
- Excellent written and oral communication skill and team player
- Self initiator and undertake duties with little supervision
- Speaking and writing skill of Oromifa and Afarigna Langue is a plus
- Skilled and experienced in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data across sector and knowledge of SPPS and other quantitative data analysis packages
