Minimum of a Master’s degree in relevant fields of Public Health, Health Informatics, Engineering, Social Sciences with experience working and communicating effectively with governments, donors, and implementing partners & experience with project management solutions for monitoring and managing execution, critical path activities, and tracking interdependencies across multiple partners and countries
Competence:-
- Passion for PATH’s mission, as well as for broader global issues of public health, information systems, technology, and international development
- Ability to use MS Office suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in English required

Master’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field with experience in administrative and financial management of large-scale, donor-funded projects & experience in capacity building of sub grantee organizations and in financial and forensic audits of donor-funded projects and programs
Competence:-
- Extensive experience in developing and managing a donor funded grants program is absolutely required
- Experience managing staff
- Financial and administrative skills, including mastery of relevant software, such as Excel and Quick books and other relevant accounting and contractual software
- Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully manage donor funded grants programs, preferably USAID grants
- USAID contract management experience, including expertise in the financial, regulatory, and contracting aspects of USAID required
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in English

Postgraduate qualification in Public health, Epidemiology, International health, Information systems, or related discipline with experience implementing public health programs, with at least four years of experience in malaria control in Ethiopia or other parts of sub-Saharan Africa & experience and understanding of the Ethiopian health systems context

- Demonstrated understanding and experience in surveillance systems for disease control and elimination
- Professional level of oral and written fluency in English language
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with government representatives, local community organizations, donors and other stakeholders, particularly at the sub-national level
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English required
- Available to travel within the country as needed
