12.1 Android Wallet - Final Testing Stage

This is the 12.1 version of the MainNet wallet. Took the testnet version, which was working well, and made a few changes.
1. InstantSend is disabled, theoretically until it is activated again. Though there may be an issue with this not working, because the sporks may not load in time for the Send Coins page. But we will see. For now that is fine.
2. The RBF feature from Bitcoin Wallet is disabled (that is to say that one cannot increase the fee on a transaction). The slovak language was updated.
