For those of you who registered between 6th March and 15th March, we will now be sending out messages to inform you if your registration has been moved to the payment stage or you're now on the waiting list. Please check your spam filters or junk folders if you've registered with your email address.
Those on the payment stage will have 14 days to pay for their registration and/or their rooms, meaning our first payment deadline is 11:59PM 10th April. You can pay by bank transfer or debit/credit card. Details will be on the reg system. NOTE: If you are paying by bank transfer, please note we have a new bank account.
Those with exceptional circumstances may request a deadline extension from the Wild North Team, but because we may have a waiting list of prospective attendees, the Wild North staff will decide whether to grant the extension.
If you've been moved onto the waiting list, do not fret! In previous years, attendees have been successful in moving from the waiting list to the payment stage, whether it's because someone cancelled their registration or were unable to make their payment deadline.

What makes Wild North as fantastic convention is all of you, as such, we have some important reminders on ways you can contribute:
Conbook
We're still looking for short stories and illustrations for this year's conbook. If you need time to bring your ideas of fantasy and adventure in the Age of Heroes to life, don't worry.
All you need to do is either email creative@wildnorth.uk or send a Telegram over to @WildNorthComms to express your interest by 30th June, and we can allow you additional time to complete your work for the conbook.

Evening Flufftails!
Our good friends from Little Paws Ferret Rescue will be returning once more as our charity for Wild North 2026.
The charity will be running ferret races for attendees to enjoy and they'll have a table at the trading post.
Based in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, they have rehomed over 150 rescued ferrets and have been taking care of more over the past year.
Their work is made possible through volunteers who love the little creatures, and they need donations to continue their rescue work.
