An old man begged the pastor in charge for an opportunity to sing too, and after much hesitation he was given the microphone. By the time he finished singing the same words from the same Psalms 23, the very song the young lady had sung, people were no longer clapping, nobody was standing, and everyone including the pastor was lying prostrate on their faces weeping under the mighty presence of God. Please spot the difference.
The difference between a secular artist and a Gospel artist is simply put - SPIRIT. There's nothing more, nothing less.

I was in the place of prayer one day battling with a thick cloud, I felt darkness approaching and a feeling of despair, doubt, fear, and uncertainty when suddenly the Lord reminded me of the story of Elijah and Elisha. Elisha was in fear because he lacked the necessary revelation, when His eyes were opened to see how heavily surrounded He was by God's angels and chariots, his confession changed. From my inside, a cry arose and I said 'Your light is shining over me, angels are dancing around me, your spirit is brooding over me, indeed your glory is brooding over me...I see the sign, I know the sound, the Holy Ghost is here. This song changed my life and brought me to a new level of victory.
