For the past year, the failures of our government, media & economic system have been made fatally clear. People have had enough, and they're getting organised.
The #KillTheBill protests have reminded us of the power of solidarity & the strength in our numbers. What our society & our world looks like after the pandemic will depend on whether we can deepen those relationships and keep up the pressure where it counts...
So this summer, let's #PullTogether to expose corruption, challenge hate, resist division and demand a New Normal.
⏳June 26th: If you can, join us & other movements in London, where we will present a list of demands to our failing state.
⌛️June 27th: FREE THE PRESS! We'll carry that energy, momentum and solidarity forward and join the dots between corruption, inequality, racism (and just about everything else) and the billionaire press. Time to disrupt the status quo.
We cannot hope to create meaningful change until we challenge the power of the press.
Our democracy, and our future, depends upon it.
