Taiwanese mid terms elections were a firm rejection of Taiwanese independence from China.

So much for western claims that the Taiwanese people oppose China.

We have said for a long time, China's zero covid policy is ridiculous. We have also said when Chinese people don't like something they will protest. That is now happening. It should also be a lesson to westerners about the reality of life in China.
❀‍πŸ”₯19πŸ‘12πŸ€”4πŸ‘Ž1
The survival of the Beijing government depends on the support of the people.

If you don't understand that or agree with that then you don't understand China at all.

China's zero covid policy is ridiculous because it is totally unsustainable. Ask yourself, when does it ever end?

When covid ends?

Only that is the point it won't.

Yes, we are fully aware that Foxconn protests were not about covid and that there will be attempts to fan the flames of legitimate covid protests and grievances by the west.

We have spent 20 years warning about western nonsense wrt China.

Usual suspects are out in force on social media telling us in one breath that China is an evil dictatorship that crushes free speech and protests and in the next breath claiming there are widespread protests across China.
❀‍πŸ”₯16πŸ‘14
People are posting Chinese protests which are old footage and not related to covid.

Does anyone imagine that it is a coincidence that the protests in China started almost immediately after the Taiwanese elections were the pro-independence government was soundly rejected?

Notice how the so-called dirty bomb narrative in Ukraine has disappeared?

Rather like the previous narratives about assertions of future chemical weapons attacks in Ukraine.

It is why in part there are back channels between US and Russia.

The Iranian parliament has approved dozens of protocols on the country’s accession to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

Recording an impromptu interview with Mario today @maneco1964.

Very much looking forward to it.

One aspect to Chinese protests is that closet right are exposing themselves, which has nothing to do with democracy and rule of law.

Right in US believes if they can crush China, Russia will fold and multipolarity will die. They are desperate to preserve unipolarity, like left.

As we have been saying for sometime, NATO nations are now admitting they are running out of weapons to send to Ukraine

Undoubtedly few in west will still grasp why Russia is adopting slow grinding tactics

How does any army fight with no/limited weapons, fuel, water and food?
πŸ‘52πŸ”₯4
The nonsense written about China could not be better explained than the fact that the people of China are apparently ruthlessly suppressed by a tyrannical govt for decades and can't protest, but not now they are protesting, Beijing govt could collapse.

Sunak clearly also has western Chinese experts advising him.

UK continues to live under delusions of grandeur.

"We recognise China poses a systemic challenge to our values and interests, a challenge that grows more acute as it moves towards even greater authoritarianism."

European nations having increased seaborne LNG imports from Russia by 42% in the last 9 months, to record highs.

Sanctions rhetoric versus economic reality.

Too much of western humanity still behave like children whilst believing they are adults who have nothing left to learn or understand. It is why we have to break through the glass ceiling and we all finally embrace what the maturity and responsibility of being an adult entails.

West needs to understand that Russia is prepared if necessary, from their perspective, to continue the war in Ukraine for years. West also needs to understand they have capability and capacity to do so.

Appears a few pragmatic heads in US also understand this.
