Role and Responsibilities: • Preparing #MISreports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. •Preparing #presentations, #Graphs and #analyticalreports. • Preparing daily #paymentreconciliation for #paymentgateway. • Prepare #adhocreports and #analysis upon requests, using #BusinessIntelligence tools and customizing queries. • Preferably an added advantage if aware of call center #KPI and #Paymentgateway terminologies • Preferably an added advantage if aware of #banking #terminologies like #GNPA, #OUTSTANDING, #EXPOSURE, #DPD, #DELIQUENT.
