🗓 To obtain a license, a person applying to acquire the status of an advocate must undergo an internship in a lawyer's formation (law office, law firm, bar association, legal consultation) for a period of at least 3 months, and must pass a qualifying exam.
📝 A person who has at least three years of experience in the legal profession as an employee of the legal service of state bodies, economic management bodies, state enterprises, institutions and organizations, as a judge, investigator, inquirer or prosecutor, has the right to participate in the qualification exam without undergoing an internship at a bar association.
