Agar tarvuzni qimmat narxda sotib olsangiz, soʻygandan keyin "salgina, pishmagan, lekin yesa boʻladigan" holda boʻlsa, olib borib narxini pasaytirishingiz mumkin. (Qaytarib berish muammo boʻlsa)

Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi "Isteʼmolchilar huquqlarini himoya qilish toʻgʻrisida"gi Qonun, 13-moddasiga koʻra, nuqsonli tovar sotilganda iste’molchi, agar bu hol shartnoma tuzish paytida aytib o‘tilmagan bo‘lsa, xarid narxini nuqsonga mutanosib ravishda kamaytirishni talab etishga haqlidir.

P.S: Tarvuz birgina misol edi. Boshqa tovarlarga ham amal qiladi bu.

Spark from Hell

Ubiquitous hot. Flowing sweats. Hot streams rising from the asphalts, pavements. Instagram Reels, Tıktık videos of eggs cooked in the heat of the Sun. People under air conditioners. "Ayron, Ice-cream and Mors sellers" standing near the mosques, along the way after-before congregational prayer. Unceasingly raised umbrellas. The incredibly increased prices of "dacha's". Pools, channels of water filled with childish screams and shouts. Hustling for the ice cubes in the glasses. A group of black-faced clowns singing about the heat.

All that I have laboriously listed above is highly characteristic of the hot summer we are experiencing these days.

Competition on International Law - "Dispute resolution in the Eurasian Economic Union - 2023"

The competition "Dispute Resolution in the EAEU" is a unique educational platform that allows future specialists in the field of jurisprudence to study the process of dispute resolution within the EAEU in the format of moot court (modeling a trial).

The purpose of this competition is to form a new generation of highly qualified specialists in the field of international law in the EAEU countries who are able to represent the interests of both states and participants in the business communities of their countries in international jurisdictional bodies.

The topics of the competitive "Patent Case" of 2023 are: the competence of the EAEU Court, regulation of intellectual property protection, pairing the EAEU with other international organizations, cancellation of arbitration decisions, interim measures of the international court.

During consecutive two years of my bachelor studies, I have, along with my peers, participated in International Moot Court Competitions. The content of moots ranged from international investment, trade law to commercial arbitration. Although we could not shine in stages of triumph, we, sometimes introduced not only our university, but the country Uzbekistan also.

Among them, upon my deep research, I managed to discover two new moot courts from Germany and Australia:

📍 Alfred Deakin International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court;

Now, I am presenting the new Russian version of moot.

The hadith is narrated from Abu Huraira(may Allah have mercy on him): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A believer is not stung twice (by something) out of one and the same hole."
