ManCity has released an NFT collection together with Power of Women. The launch sale went live today on OpenSea, each NFT costs 0.03 ETH. 76 NFTs have been sold so far, the sale is live for the next three days.

Overall, ManCity is incredibly active in the web3 space. This is already their second NFT collection together with "Power of Women". It's their 8th NFT collection overall, they already released six with Makersplace. And they do of course have a fan token on Socios.

I think the $SPURS fan token is mostly targeted to Asian supporters of Tottenham Hotspur. Socios reportedly does not have many users from England, Spurs do however have a large following in Korea due to Heung-Min Son. Crypto adoption in Korea is way higher than in England.

Looks like the LaLigaLand Season Pass mint has stopped for now, 87 passes were distributed during season 22-23. If you haven't heard about LaLigaLand before, it is LaLiga's presence in Decentraland. Website says that a new season pass will launch in Q3.

I like this new format!

Looking back to $SPURS yesterday, I think it was a success from a Socios user standpoint.

- It was sold out
- There was enough time to buy in the second wave
- First wave was short enough to prevent an idle period
- No system outage

About the listing of fan tokens after an FTO:

Basically, you have to choose whether you want fan tokens to be listed:
1. as quickly as possible on ChilizX
2. to have the trading start on multiple exchanges

On ChilizX in the current market, I would say that you mostly have the same people that are already active on the Socios app. There is not a huge influx of users that suddenly wants to buy the fan token. I would argue that, especially after an FTO, there are more sellers than buyers on ChilizX. So it would be possible to list it very quickly there after an FTO, but very likely without a positive impact on market cap or price.

The second option brings in more users, because it taps into the huge userbase of local or international exchanges, with users that are not active on the Socios app. However, getting listed on a third-party exchange is difficult, because many different tokens want to be listed on these exchanges. It's not like the Socios guys call an exchange and say "We want fan token XYZ to be listed" and the exchange is like "We got you bro, going to be listed tomorrow." We have to be a bit realistic here.

So in my opinion, without any inside info on the process, that is why it takes time for fan tokens to be listed initially.

The launch sale of Manchester City's new collection "Same City, Same Passion" is finished! The open mint was live for 3 days, 117 NFTs were minted. It earned 6k USD, 52 users participated.

Opinion:
ManCity's new NFT collection sold just 117 NFTs, which is a rather small amount, given that it was presented on the front page of OpenSea and each NFT cost just 50 USD. The first collection City did with Power of Women sold close to 700 NFTs.

The launch sale of the "Forever Galaxy" collection is finished. I estimated that 81 of the 3.3k available NFTs were sold, earning 12k USD. Of the legendary Sullivan NFT, 4 out of 10 were sold.
