$ASR has reached 10 USD on some exchanges, for example on Paribu, BTCTurk and is close to it on ChilizX. However, 75% of the circulating supply is on Binance, where it is still trading at 3.6 USD.

That's because withdrawals of ASR are currently suspended on Binance, so there is no possibility to arbitrage for Binance users. As soon as withdrawals will be open again, I expect a huge amount of tokens to be sent to other exchanges, where ASR is trading at higher prices than on Binance. So be careful if you are buying this now at +200% on other exchanges.
