Bei den Aktionen wurden mindestens 89 Menschen kurzzeitig verhaftet und weitere kontrolliert.
❗️Meldet euch unbedingt innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen beim Antirep-Team (climatestrike-legal@immerda.ch, PGP-key für allfällige Verschlüsselung hier), falls ihr von der Polizei oder der Staatsanwaltschaft kontaktiert werdet. Denn ab Erhalt eines Strafbefehls habt ihr nur 10 Tage Zeit, um Einsprache zu machen. Andernfalls wird der Strafbefehl rechtskräftig.

Dear activists of Rise up for Change
During the actions, at least 89 persons were temporarily arrested and more people controlled.
❗️Contact the antirep team (climatestrike-legal@immerda.ch, PGP-key to encode the email here) within 1-2- days if you get contacted by the police or the prosecution. Upon receipt of a penalty order, you have only 10 days to object. Otherwise, the penalty order becomes valid.
❗️The people who have already received their penalty orders will be contacted by us via email this evening. We are currently finding out what options there are for you, also in regard to the ongoing processes of the bank blockade in 2019 and the occupation of the Quaibrücke in 2020.
❗️Police violence
Several activists have reported the use of pain compliance holds, disproportionate searches (undress until naked) and humiliating behaviour by the police. If you have watched or experienced such, we would be most thankful if you could write a thought protocol and send it to us. Video material could also be useful. You can send these to us via email (climatestrike-legal@immerda.ch) or via Telegram to the actionpoint (@actionpointCH).
Your personal data and video material will be kept confidential. We will not publish anything without your consent.

Bei einigen von den beim Rise up Verhafteten wurden auf der Polizeistation noch andere erkennungsdienstliche Massnahmen als Fotos durchgeführt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dagegen vorzugehen. Dafür benötigen wir aber genauere Infos:
- Wurden an dir erkennungsdienstliche Massnahmen durchgeführt (Wangenabstrich für DNA oder Fingerabdrücke)?
- Hast du diese verweigert?
- Wurden sie trotz Verweigerung an dir durchgeführt?
- Wurde dir eine Verfügung vorgelegt, in der diese Massnahmen angeordnet wurden?
