4- 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 (Data collection, data entry, document management, coordinator)

Positions 1-3 : Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Must have at least 5 - 10 years of professional technical experience.
- Oil & gas experience is mandatory, Refinery process most preferred.
- Knowledge of failure data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including basic statistical analysis.
- Proficient in Plant PFD, P&ID, Block diagrams, Impact diagram and Cause & Effect diagram.
- Proficient in Excel tables and charting.
- Certified of any reliability certificate is preferred (CMRP - CRL - CRE ).
- Knowledge of Criticality Analysis is required. (FMEA/FMECA & RCM is preferred.)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to create high-quality technical reports.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and internal groups.
- Capable of functioning effectively in a team environment.
- Able to join soon (within maximum one month).
- Preferred Cairo resident

- Bachelor's of Engineering degree.
- 1-3 Years of experience
- Refineries, Oil & gas experience is preferred.

- Document organization and management skills are required

- Capable of functioning effectively in a team environment.
- Able to join soon (within a maximum of one month).
- Preferred Cairo resident

𝑴𝒂𝒋𝒐𝒓 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
✅ Pursue strategic growth opportunities and provide clients with long-term value and ensure highest customer experience and relationship.
✅ Coordinate training and consultancy activities in line with Client requirements.
✅ Process training bookings in line with departmental policies, procedures and standards.
✅ Coordination and implementation of training courses delivered in a variety of formats; Virtual and Classroom.
✅ Generate and forward Joining Instructions in line with company policy.
✅ Manage status of all courses, follow-up with course registration, deliver training materials and certificates to the trainees, complete course attendance sheet, evaluation forms and processing pre and post assessment reports.
✅ Notify delegates and trainers of any changes/cancellations.
✅ Monitor progress of allocated training events to ensure compliance is met with high quality level.
✅ Sales and Business Development to expand the clients’ database.
✅ Maintain communication with email, WhatsApp, Facebook and LinkedIn with potential clients.
✅ Developing relationships with trainers and liaising with them to schedule courses.
✅ To be the first point of contact for enquiries regarding training courses and consultancy via telephone and email, offering a high level of customer support.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
✅ 2-5 years of experience in the same role, preferred at engineering training, services or consultation companies.
✅ Bachelor’s Degree ( Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ).
✅ Previous experience in maintenance, reliability and physical asset management is preferred.
✅ English Language Proficiency (Business English, both written and spoken).
✅ Excellent coordination/organizational skills.
✅ Excellent communication/strong interpersonal skills.
✅ Excellent IT skills (MS Office ) Software.
✅ Good communicator, who can undertake a variety of clerical and administrative duties, manage their own work load effectively and work unsupervised when necessary.
✅ Excellent telephone skills and an empathetic approach are essential in order to professionally and appropriately handle the diverse calls.
✅ The applicant should be both numerate and literate with a strong working knowledge of word processing, email, spreadsheets and databases.
✅ A bright, cheerful personality, proactive and with both a willingness to learn, become part of a team and to contribute their own ideas.
