In this year’s symposium, we will be focusing on 4 social issues: social Isolation amongst the elderly, mental health, racial & religious harmony, and environmental sustainability. This Festival celebrates independent filmmaking by showcasing a variety of eye-opening, award-winning films that are not easily accessible.
This year's theme “A Pandemic of Inequality” features 11 films and 5 panel discussions, highlighting the struggles of overlooked groups such as domestic workers living through COVID-19, the Orang Asli & youth activists. Come and see exclusive behind-the-scenes stories, deep dives into issues and discuss strategic actions for various causes!
