How you can exponentially level up using the compound effect
1. The compound effect says that daily actions, even the ones that seem small and useless lead to exponential results.
2. The compound effect takes effect both in positive and negative ways.
3. Keep in mind that if you take action to be 1% better than yesterday, it leads to 37x improvement in a year (1^01*365 = 37,78)
4. Taking action means to act daily towards your goals (examples: workout 3 times a week to gain or lose weight, work on your studies, daily beatbox training session, healthy food, mental health care, ...). It is about anything that makes you a better person.
5. Don't fall in mediocrity. Bad habits damages you life quality over the long term (junk food, complain everyday, netflix/video game after work rather than learning something that can develop your skills, ...)
