This is what I've never forgot to apply since November 2019. It really helps.

Start now, there's no better moment than now to reach your goals!

Of course, the way isn't easy, but:

- not taking action & undergoing your life in a situation that you would like to change is hard
- taking action to reach your goals is also hard

Life is hard in any case. Therefore, in one case you choose to be a spectator of your life, but in the other you choose to be the actor of your life.

I challenge you to take 1 or 2 actions tommorow that brings you closer to your goals!
👆 Implement a daily beatbox training session in your life for at least 10 minutes a day. Improvments guarenteed. I'm not talking about freestyle only, but a real session to work on a specific aspect of your beatbox 👆

The importance of a healthy life

📈 If you want to reach excellence in beatbox or in any fields, there's what you can apply now to maximize your chances of reaching it

😴 Sleep 8 hours every night. With proper sleeping, your body work correctly and your brain assimilates information as much effiencly as possible. Stop screens one or two hour before sleeping.

🥗 You are what you eat. Eating healthy makes your brain healthy too. Healthy food = healthy body = healthy brain = mental clarity and better information processing. Avoid junk food.

💪 Workout at least three times a week. Running, walking, body workout, swimming,... All of these activities are beneficient for your health and mind as you become active. Avoid stationarity.

Take action with 1 or 2 daily objective that brings you closer to your goals. Define your goals today and take action tomorrow!
