♦️ Eating in a Restaurant

I like to eat in a restaurant once a week. It gives me a chance to try different types of foods. Also it gives me a break from cooking. Last Friday I went with a friend to an Italian restaurant. We didn’t have to make a reservation. We were seated immediately. There were many choices on the menu. The prices were reasonable. We ordered a red wine from California. We decided not to get an appetizer. We ordered our main courses. The food came in just a little while. It was delicious. We ate slowly. We drank a whole bottle of wine. The waiter brought a dessert menu. We both decided on the featured dessert and coffee. The bill came to under eighty dollars. The tip rounded that off to a hundred dollars.
