Today I needed a good rest and sleepin, so I've just had a late #breakfast / #brunch (it's almost 10am). 😁

I never forget, as I've setup a morning routine drawer and when I go away (which isn't often 😭), I also pack enough for each day away too !

#realife post - I'm making #dinner and about to also make a large pot of #stock (might need two pots with the amount of #frozen bones in that bag). I'm also about to make #spaghettibolognese in my other #crockpots as well 😳

Yes there is #mess (I was out all morning till 12noon) - #breakfast is still out, groceries haven't been put away, and I've got various ingredients all over the kitchen to cook the spaghetti sauce. The the sink has dishes, the dishwasher needs to go on, but this is the real life that you don't often get to see on Instagram.

What's for #dinner ?

#oysterbladesteaks in the #slowcooker. Just defrosting the #beefstock I made weeks ago before pouring into the pot.
So I just go up and faced the day - #jetlag has caught up.

I've been fighting the urge to sleep during the day since Sunday (we got home Saturday night). But this morning I didn't need to get up for the school run as my boys are at a camp, so the body took charge!

So here it's 1.30pm, I'm having #breakfast a #lattee and my #vitamins ; with #toasted @abbottsbakery #gf bread topped with #salami #tomatoes #saltnpepper #rocket #tastycheese and #driedbasil

Grilled #salami #tomato #spinach and #cheese on a toasted #gf @abbottsbakery slice of bread 😍

While not forgetting my daily #vitamins and #coffee of course.

These are #strawberry and #blueberry #glutenfree #muffins.

18 days of #breakfast with #yoghurt muffins (minus one I just had for #afternoontea ) 😁

Recipe:

In a mixing bowl add;
2 cups - gluten free SR flour
2 tablespoons - gluten free custard powder
1 cup - coconut sugar

Mix into dry ingredients;
2 eggs
3/4 cup - rice bran oil
3/4 cup - milk

Fold in 1 & 1/2 cups frozen strawberries and 1 cup frozen blueberries (can use fresh too).

In greased muffin tins, bake at 180C for 25 minutes.

Best eaten when hot (so I microwave for 40 seconds in the morning before adding the yoghurt)!
