There is now so many uniqueness with Cohort 5.

1. First, you're our largest Cohort so far.

The Second largest is Cohort 4 - 900 applicants.

Cohort 5 came with a staggering 2,460 applicants as at tonight.

And for the very first time, we have an intimidating number of female entries as against Males.

2. Before now, there has always been more male applications with just a little over 5 - 10% difference.

But in Cohort 5, we have received a Knock out 62.5% females and 37.3% males.

Boy o Boy! The ladies s came prepared.

3. For the first time since this Bootcamp began, we'll "likely" be having 20 teams and 20 TeamLead interns selected among applicants.

We would like to inform you that we have commenced the review of all applications and will soon be accepting successful candidates into the program. If you are among the successful applicants, you will receive an acceptance mail in exactly one day from today (5th of May).

However, if you do not receive an acceptance mail on the specified date, it means that your application was not successful this time. Nonetheless, you can always reapply to join the next cohort.

3. Be assigned to teams and TeamLeads.


Meanwhile, as we earlier announced through the mail, we'll be selecting *TeamLead Interns*, to work with us in Cohort 5, and will communicate later today, how to apply to be a TeamLead.

TeamLeads Interns will receive a separate certificate of internship after the program.

The Management of DEXA, is once again, excited to announce the launch of the Project Management course programme designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in today's fast-paced business environment.

As part of this programme, we will be selecting 10 individuals as interns to serve as team leads who will lead different teams to finish the programme and get certified.

And we are looking for applicants who are proactive and motivated to succeed for this internship leadership opportunity.

Qualified INTERNS will receive public recommendation for hiring firms, and double certification, being an additional Certificate of internship and leadership when this batch of the program is completed, to prove to employers that they have successfully led a team and deserve such roles.


To be considered for this leadership opportunity, applicants will need to refer at least 10 individuals to join cohort 6 of this bootcamp.

However, interns with the highest number of referrals will be selected for the opportunity to serve as team leads.

This process is intended to identify those who have the ability to inspire and influence others, and to ensure they can lead a team, which are key qualities of effective leaders and project managers.

In addition, all applicants will be evaluated on their experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role of a Team lead [Intern].

To apply, simply refer a minimum of 10 people to enrol for the program and ensure they put in your email address in the "who referred you section" which has just been added to the form.

Ensure your email is spelt correctly to enable the system track all your referrals.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, and selected candidates will be notified of their acceptance into the programme.

This issue as being investigated was probably caused by the high amount of traffic resulting from our ongoing online project management bootcamp as well as the organic marketing activities we've been carrying out within the week.

This has happened at a wrong time, given the readiness of our cohort 5 participants to begin the Project Management course today.

But be rest assured that we are working as a team to manage this issue in the best way we can.

Our technical, Dev. & management team already have our shirt's sleeves rolled up and our hands willing to get greasy to resolve this issue and get you back on board.

Tech is problematic but that's why we are skilled.
