One of the first things you MUST do to ensure you get enough patronage and make enough money in this river is to set your rates.
How much exactly do you charge for your services?
Don't leave it until you get a client or customer and then you begin to think about it.
Find out how much you can charge.
Let me give you some tips on how to get around this.
Look for the best people within your industry or locality serving the same audience you're serving.
Chat them up.
Tell them you want to know their rate for so-so service. Try negotiating and find their last price.
Then talk to other middle and average placed people in that niche too, repeat the same and get their responses too.
Now place yourself in between. In the very middle.
Eg.
Badass top rated guy charges $1000 for a simple landing page.
Regular guy with some gigs up his sleeve charges $400
Just find a spot around $500 - $700.
Especially if you can deliver well.
Always have your rates ready. Don't wait for that client to come first.
The thing is this...
If you charge too high, almost everyone will feel they can't afford you. Hence, less patronage.
If you charge too low, customers will feel you might not be good enough for their job, hence your too cheap rate.

Which means we've not even certified her yet in Project Management.
She just carried out today's task as we instructed.
And Boom!
Her boss probably saw her post and "offered" her a new job as a Project Manager for the same company she works for as a teacher.
She went from being a Teacher to being a Project Manager, just today.
When this matures, we'll reveal her name and picture and she'll probably get to share the experience so far.
The chat isn't even 1 hour old in my dm.
It is now our job to provide her with the resources and support she needs to handle that role perfectly.
