The competition will focus on the topic "Knowledge or Certificate, which one is more relevant in getting hired as a project manager" and each team will be represented by 1 participant selected by the Team Leads.

There will be 1 speaking opportunity which will last for 3 mins.
The event is always exciting, thrilling, fun, educative, and “mandatory” for all participants in this bootcamp as we will be taking live attendance record, and we believe it will be a fun and challenging experience for you.
It will not only provide an opportunity for you to showcase your knowledge but also learn from your fellow participants.
We therefore encourage you to collaborate with your team members and do some additional research on the topic to prepare for the competition.

Reps will be scored on 5 basic criteria,

- Excellence of Presentation
- Correctness of Answers
- Number of points delivered
- Creativity (Relevant examples given)
- Explanation of bullet points

Congratulations again and welcome to DEXA.

I'm Chris.

I have a few important updates.

1. Your Onboarding Session holds today by 12pm WAT ( GMT+1) on Youtube.

2. *Everyone will soon be grouped into 1 of 10 Teams.*


3. Finally, to make Cohort 9 of this bootcamp exciting and seamless, we've hired 5 Interns from the previous cohorts to work with your soon to be selected teamleads and the DEXA team.

*The interns now occupy the positions of the.*

- Project Manager
- Programme coordinators

They (The Program Coordinators) will be your first point of call when you have complaints to make.

Especially the complaints you've already made to your teamleads and nothing was done about it.

This means you will no longer need to message me (DEXA Customer service assistant) or our boss, Victor Kelechi Kingsley (Mr Awesome), directly as we won't be responding promptly.

We will be more focused on the administrative and technical part of this program to ensure you have fun while you're at it.

So... The easiest way to escalate your issue and get it solved is to go through them. (Program Coordinators).
