Through the last 2 years, I have learned to be more thankful for the little things in life that are normally not counted and are taken for granted.
But on Thanksgiving, I would like to take time to thank God for the overall journey called life. To be able to live and to love and to be loved in return. To be able to see and experience the beauty of life in nature and all the little things around. To smell, to taste and to express joy for the ability to experience this journey. To be able to help people and bring change and joy to their lives. But moreover, grateful for my family and grateful for my longtime friends that have become family.

طی دو سال گذشته، یاد گرفتم که بیشتر شکرگزار چیزهای کوچک زندگی که معمولا به شمار نمیاد باشم. در آستانه روز شکرگزاری در کانادا، از این فرصت استفاده می کنم تا شکر خدا به جا بیارم که تجربه زندگی کردن را به من داد. این که بتوانم زندگی کنم و به عزیزانم عشق بورزم و مورد محبت و عشق اونها قرار بگیرم. این که قادر باشم زیبایی های طبیعت و زندگی و چیزهای کوچک پیرامون را ببینم و تجربه کنم. برای بوییدن بوهای خوش، چشیدن طعمهای خوب و شور و شوق این سفر ناشناخته. این که می تونم وسیله باشم و کمک کنم تا تغییر و شادی این تغییر را به زندگی مردم بیارم. اما بالاتر از همه اینها، من شاکر و قدردان برای داشتن خانواده و دوستان قدیمی که تبدیل به خانواده شدند هستم.
