After months of intense work, unexpected roadblocks, and strategic reflection, we’re ready to share one of the most important updates in the history of KubeCoin.

In this February Monthly Update, Paolo opens up about the decision to pivot and simplify. The world of crypto is changing fast and so are user expectations. We’ve realized that in order to grow, we must focus. Focus on what really matters. Focus on building something people will actually use in their day-to-day lives.

Instead of continuing to develop separate tools and layers — like a standalone version of KubePay, we’ve made the decision to consolidate everything into a single, unified platform.

A platform where KubeCoin ($KUBE) is at the center of the experience.

• And do it all from a clean, user-friendly interface, no more fragmentation, no more complexity.

We’re taking the next step: KubeCoin is now fully integrated into FlyKube.

Big Update

It's been too long since we gave you a proper update, so let's fix that. A lot has been happening behind the scenes. New name, new features, new structure, new roadmap. Let's get into it.

KubePay is now KUBE Hub.
First things first. We've renamed the app. KubePay was the original name when the app was just a wallet. But the app has grown way beyond that, it's becoming the central hub of the entire Kube ecosystem. Your wallet, your badges, your community status, your rewards, your trip benefits... everything in one place.
The name KubePay didn't reflect what this app is becoming. KUBE Hub does.
Same app. Same team. Bigger vision.

The Wallet, Still Non-Custodial, Still Yours
Nothing changes with your wallet security. Your keys stay on your device. We never see them, we never store them, we never touch them. KUBE Hub is a non-custodial wallet built on Cardano, that hasn't changed and never will.
What is changing: the experience around it. KUBE Hub is being redesigned to feel less like a crypto wallet and more like the home base of your Kube journey. Cleaner interface, better navigation, and a lot of new features coming in.

Kube Club — A New Tier System
We've completely reworked the tier structure. Say hello to the new Kube Club:

What's happening behind the scenes at FlyKube and KubeCoin, so here’s a real update. FlyKube is no longer just a “surprise trip startup”.

We are turning FlyKube into a global travel platform.

Because of this, and also to move away from spam, fake activity, scams and fragmented communication across too many groups, we’re simplifying everything.

From now on, we will only keep these two Telegram groups active:

* KUBE - Announcements - A real utility token for real-life use

Please make sure you join both of them, because in around 10 days all the other Telegram groups will be removed.

The goal now is to build a cleaner, more focused and real community around KUBE. All future initiatives inside Kube Hub will be created for and with the community members that actually stay and grow with us.

After months of legal work, documentation, reviews and preparation, it’s done. Filed. Registered. On the record.
