I personally think it may be:
a) a hoax or psyop to get people in fear, then when nothing happens the mouthpieces can say, โlook those crazies were wrong!โโฆ And then lump in everyone concerned about harmful tech as disinfo; and
b) a fear-harvesting campaign by agents and entities of the matrix control system โ to get awakening creative souls in a fear pathway then harvest that loosh; AND
c) a divine opportunity to continue our process of being disillusioned of external noise.
Could I be wrong? Maybe.

When the umbilical cord is placed around the baby's neck, no matter how many times, in reality, it is not an emergency because the baby is not breathing on its own yet, but is fed with oxygen from the mother's blood through the umbilical cord wrapped and still UNCUT and cannot suffocate.
Why is it possible that this umbilical cord works even when itโs wrapped super tightly?
It is made of such a material that even if it is very tight during birth, the blood flow will never completely stop.
Blood flow may be reduced for a short period of time, but the baby is still getting blood and will recover quickly from the short lack of nutrition during birth.
A short umbilical cord or wrapped around the neck will not prevent the birth of the child.
During contractions, the uterus, including the placenta and umbilical cord, follows the child as it advances into the pelvis.
So the baby isn't hanging like a ceiling lamp and needs a certain length of the cord to get out, but because the uterus follows directly into the baby's buttocks, the cord is always enough to advance.
As soon as the head is born, the baby can breathe in an emergency.
In the hospital, the umbilical cord is often opened just before the body is born. This can, even if it takes only a few seconds, lead to a suffocation effect in a child (by triggering the so-called carotidian sinus reflex with a further decrease in heart rate and blood pressure) and must be avoided.
Negligent handling of the umbilical cord can also lead to a reflective contraction of the blood vessels in it.
The "dreaded" umbilical cord is best left alone.
Babies are born easily, even if it is wrapped around the neck several times.
After the baby is born, the cord can be untied simply around the neck.
