Please help me support four good Canadians working hard to set precedent in the courts over the human rights lawlessness brought in with the boogie man virus. If my guys had the resources that lawyers have, it would be way easier for them. Here’s a letter from one of them explaining what the support will be used for.
“My name is Jimi. I am one of a small group of Canadians running into the issue of Justice being behind a paywall.
We are fortunate to have Canlii as an attempt to provide access for Canadians to case law; however, the service, through no fault of their own, is limited in function, scope, and depth of resources.
A small group of four (4) individuals have been studying and learning court procedures to help family, friends and ourselves. We are stuck! Our struggle is due to the lack of case law resources that are not behind a paywall. We are attempting to crowdfund the cost of a one (1) year subscription to WestLaw.
If we succeed in this funding the venture we will share our experience and the case law we used to fight COVID-19 tickets, traffic tickets, and even a lawsuit being prepared pro se to fight an employment vaccination policy here in Canada.”

A lot of the people are going at their legal battles (quarantine tickets for example) with a shotgun approach. The more you give the prosecutor, the more they’ll pick apart, and chances are good they’re going to be more comfortable in the courtroom, so it makes sense to do as much via paperwork pre-trail as opposed to having a rhetoric filled court day.
In this House of Free Will workshop with law champion, James the Patriot you’ll learn how to create effective paperwork, to get paperwork filed pre-trial, and to get an opposing party to admit or deny facts.
James Tracy, otherwise known as, James the Patriot has been active in legal action since the lockdowns of 2020. He has spent hours immersing himself into the law and the constitution and the rights that we as a free people enjoy.
Today, James is working to educate as many people as possible in the law.

Our struggle is due to the lack of case law resources that are not behind a paywall. We are attempting to crowdfund the cost of a one (1) year subscription to WestLaw.
If we succeed in this funding the venture we will share our experience and the case law we used to fight COVID-19 tickets, traffic tickets, and even a lawsuit being prepared pro se to fight an employment vaccination policy here in Canada.”
