Developing a career as a freelance accountant - Info session (hybrid)

The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences is organizing an informative meeting for all students who would be interested in pursuing a freelance accounting career.

The info session will be held in the IBU premises on Wednesday (23.02.2022) at 14:30 in the Gold Amphitheatre (B-304).

Attendees will have the chance to learn more about the training program "Become Freelance Digital Accountant" organized by the KUDO Education Platform for the first time in North Macedonia.

The main objective of this program is to equip the young generation who are interested to pursue their career in accounting, with the skills to compete in global markets in accounting jobs as freelancers.

The training shall be delivered by Melita Ymeraga, Founder/CEO of Melita & Partners LLC, a Certified Digital Transformation Expert and the only Advisor in the region certified by INTUIT, USA for all QuickBooks® UK and US Edition products.

“365 Art Gallery” at International Balkan University was officially opened on Monday, 21st February 2022. This is the first art gallery which will be functioning within the premises of a higher education institution in North Macedonia.

The event was attended by guests from various fields of the society, professors, students and artlovers. Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shener Bilalli and Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design Prof. Dr. Dzemil Bektovic delivered welcome speeches at the Opening Ceremony.

The 365 Art Gallery hosted the first exhibition with art works from the Scientific Symposium and Art Colony “GIRIH2021” which was organized in cooperation with the National Park "Mavrovo".

The President of the Management Board, Mr. Recep Süleyman Özdil addressed the staff with a speech and shared the vision and the goals of the Management Board for the further development of International Balkan University.
